4:00 on a Saturday, open but not serving beer today. Glad we made that trip.

Why even have a taproom, if there is no consistency as to when you do or do not serve beer. This place is a joke.

The only good thing about this facility is the decore of the taproom. Stopped in to check out a local spot I hadn’t been to. Sat at the bar across from the 15+ taps. Was told to get up and order from a kiosk? So I abliged and did so, ordering 2 beers and paying. Only things available were maybe 5 canned beers that they contract brew for. Of the 2 beers ordered only got one correct before the “bartender” scurried away leaving a random ipa. Asked for a couple glasses to pour the beers into (like beer is supposed to be enjoyed in, asked for style specific glasses-another story.) the eye roll after asking for a glass was the best. When we left we brought our glasses in and said thanks, to which we just got glares. For a craft brewery they really don’t seem to care about the craft or the consumer. We were hoping to find a new spot in Orlando that we could frequent. This is for sure a one and done visit. Don’t waste your time, visit one of the many other great breweries around the area!

No tap beer menu. Only cans of other apparent breweries. Taps appear to be just for show? No one to serve as they just do kiosk service

Good beers, great staff at this under the radar brew house in downtown Orlando.

The "restaurant" because I do not consider this place a brewery, had 4 different entities inside. A grilled cheese shop, a vegan shop and a poke bowl and vegan dogs area and the "brewery". I went specifically because for the brewery, they had an almost empty fridge of choices. The man behind the counter who worked for the grilled cheese area, was every nice and he explained to us the 15-20 taps were not working all they had available were the cans in the fridge. There was only about 6-8 options of about one 6 pack each. Definitely an interesting experience, I wish it was explained to us the beer potion was closed considering there was no bartender/ person that worked for brew theory.

What even is this place? Walked in to check out the taproom. Not a single beer menu anywhere. No TV with a list, no QR code to scan or paper menus to be seen. Not only that nobody was even at the bar area. We stood there for 10 mins confused. There was a woman at the grilled cheese place making food, hidden behind a wall and that was it. We saw her poke her head out once. Worst of all I paid for parking to check this place out which was wasted money. We just left after 10 mins since there was absolutely nobody out there. There was simply nobody there serving anyone......Why is this place even opened to the public? If you are thinking about checking this place out, don't. There is nothing to check out and nobody to serve you.

This is a contact brewer which is a new concept for me. I'm from MA and they brew 3 NE beers. Weird. They closed early at 7:00 and did not offer 1/2 pours.

Went here on a Saturday evening and I was a real let down. The smell was like boiled hot dogs and mold, and their beers just tasted like Busch light with syrup. The only thing that made it bearable is the girl serving us was very nice.

Here at 6PM on a Tuesday and they aren’t serving any draft beers. Disappointed for sure..

For a contract brewer, not much variety on tap. It was dead, and it appears the only thing worth visiting was grilled cheese restaurant inside. Not worth another visit.
