Bricks and Bowls makes great fresh sandwiches and salads that are perfect for a quick lunch or filling dinner. Their homemade focaccia bread is absolutely out of this world, and the owners, Johnny and Colton, are always making sure the quality and service is fantastic. Can't wait to go back!

Bricks and Bowls are the best kiosk to eat at the mall. Between the soup and sandwich and box lunch . The bowls are made to order and I love the chicken salad. I work at the mall so I eat here at least 3 times a week . The staff are so friendly and always attentive The bonus is the cookies they are to die for

My roast beef sandwich on the focaccia and the tomato basil soup were absolutely delicious. The 2 employees were absolute zeros. No hello, no can I help you, no smile…The order taker just looked at me, I had to speak first. At the other end of the line where I paid, same thing. Said nothing until I asked, “ do I pay you”, his reply, yea. No smile, no thank you. I was stunned how horrible they were.

Kid-friendliness: Not friendly period.
