We have been regular customers of Brio at Millenia since the day it opened 25 years ago. At least once a month. Never thought I'd write this, but here we are. Tonight, we had a 7:45 pm OpenTable reservation for a family of six, booked the same way we always do. Upon arrival, we requested a round table, which is entirely reasonable for six people. We were told to wait. After 15 minutes, we were informed there were no round tables available and were seated in a booth with a small table. For six adults. Completely impractical. To make matters worse, we clearly saw an empty round table nearby and asked to be moved. The explanation? Someone had a 7:30 pm reservation ahead of us. Fine—except that the table was never occupied for the entire duration of our meal. So we spent dinner cramped in a booth, juggling food, including carpaccio served on an oversized plate that barely fit on the table. Uncomfortable, careless, and frankly disrespectful—especially toward long-time loyal customers. After 25 years of loyalty, this is how Brio chooses to operate? Poor communication, poor judgment, and zero consideration. This was our last visit. Bye-bye, Brio.

We had made a reservation prior to arriving and yet we were seated at a table by the kitchen - making it even more noisy. There were so many empty tables when we arrived but we were told to wait in the line. The server was good but the food was just ok. My husband ordered a pasta dish and requested light on the cream but it was quite heavy. He did let the server know. My dish was ok except the asparagus was hard, so did not eat it and the edges of the chicken were burnt and hard. We did not stay for dessert. Probably would not eat in that Brio location again.

Brio is a great restaurant. The food is delicious. Great service. I always have enough food to take home for either a second meal or a really hearty snack. ❤️

Unfortunately, the overall appearance of the restaurant & particularly the booth where we were seated was quite dirty. Food,straw wrappers etc between the booth seat & wall as well as the floor. There were damp spots and what appeared to be mold as well. Standards have really slipped.

The carpaccio is consistently very good. The temperature in the atrium seating was too cool for comfort

Food was salty very bad, it was bad. I was going to complain but it was my mom's birthday.

Service was okay. Food was just ehh. Calamari had no seasoning and the sauces they dumped into the dish made it soggy. Waffles on brunch menu were SO dry. Pasta was greasy and gave my husband a belly ache. Prices have were crazy high for the quality of food they offer. We've been brio people for many years but I think we'll be all done with that.

We were seated and then so no one for 15 minutes before I asked a passing server was anybody on our section. We were then attended to by a server from another part of the restaurant who was helpful. In fact too helpful, it went from being ignored to over attention, thus we were finished just 20 minutes later. Not our best experience in what is usually a good experience.

Food was cooked well and taste great. Presentation was not great , main dishes came on broken dishes , food order came late. I wouldn't suggest to take someone you really don't known . Not fit to impress . The place looks like it is shutting down soon Dishes missing , no spoons
