We love coming to Brio at least 2× a month. We just can't resist the drinks ,happy hour menu and our visit wouldn't be complete with chatting with the best manager Joseph Scheeder. He really is all about customer satisfaction, Thanks Jo for a superb service!!!! 5 star

brio is a restaurant that have a crooked and bad reservation system .. this is the third time now we make reservation for more than four people and when we arrive they tell us to wait 30 minutes and one time 40 minutes as people are still eating on "their more than four tables " ..something is wrong , and the bosses of this restaurant do not understand the meaning of reservations ..the funny part is that , their people every time try to explain to us that having a reservation does not mean tables will be ready for you !!!they should cancel their reservation system on line and tell people to just walk in and take their chances ...we had invited 8 people one time and had to wait with our guests for 35 minutes ...how embarassing ...i wish they wake up and see how the world is operating and how people are respected every where ... except at brio ..it is humiliating ...believe it or not ...

Cassandra was our server and service couldn't have been better she was a delight and gave us the best service we could ask for. The food was good not great. What is great is the sourdough bread. I love marinara sauce but apparently the chef decided it had to be sweet and must have put in a lot of sugar because it was extremely sweet. My friend ordered some kind of chicken and strawberry salad and the dressing was very good and she thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the minestrone and a chopped salad which was just okay. I would definitely return and get the salad my friend had for lunch.

This restaurant is very nice but the loud music coming from the mall makes it so difficult to have a relaxing conversation. So if you don't like yelling to have a conversation this isn't the place for you. That is the only reason I gave less stars for atmosphere. Everything else was perfect!!!

Decided to take myself to dinner on Sunday night. I ordered the Chicken Milanese. The herb pasta is worth raving about! The drink was amazing as well although I don't remember the name as I write this. Edwardo was a great server and made my solo experience much more comfortable.

Brio is my go to for happy hour! It's close to the office and has a long lasting happy hour going until 7 pm My go to is usually the Gin Gimlet but some of my favorites in the menu are the Shrimp & Eggplant the Beef Carpaccio and of course the Salmon Entree! I typically sit in the mezzanine or the bar and it's always a vibe!
