Go here all the time,this time I decide to bring my brother and we order a appetizer and never came,them he is like oh the mozzarella sticks are coming out,no plate for my brother pizza,no silverware had to ask,not happy,But to clarify,I will come back ,the food I love it.maybe just st stick to pickup,never had a problem with my pickup,always a good response and my food perfect.

I have given previously good reviews of their food and service and stuff but the last time I went to pick up a large pizza with extra cheese I was extremely disappointed so if you want extra cheese may not be worth your money. I even told the guy I was kind of disappointed he really had nothing to say. By the way it was 25 for a extra large with extra cheese. One single topping.

Pizza excellent, no complaints at all. I tried to order a take out but then I changed my mind and I tried to sit down, order a drink and get my food hot I didn’t want to wait AND THEN a rude lady with glasses behind the counter was yelling at me because I wanted to sit down and I did tell her I wanted to take the food home. What a rude lady. I just wanted to sit down and eat that’s all. After that I wanted to leave but the food is so good. That’s the only thing good here, the food. But for that little thing a customer for 20 years with my husband I’m not gonna come back anymore. Thanks.

Broadway pizza has done absolutely amazing every single time we come in! (So I had to write a review..) Crystal, the manager, has blown my mind with her service and what she can do. She has not only accommodated with me and my vegan choices. But she will even make special dishes, from how the crust is cooked to all the toppings properly placed at the right time and everything!! Andres has also been our server many times. And There isn’t anything bad I can say about his awesome bubbly and great personality. It always puts a smile on our face when we walk in and see Andres.. The service, the cleanliness of the bathrooms, as well as the whole restaurant, and even the timing and food quality. Everything has always been amazing to our families. By far the best place in all around for Orlando, Fl. Today on 2-27 the bathrooms were immaculate. They are always so clean, which I respect, but today was exceptional. Thank you Andres and Crystal , we love broadway and it would be the first pizzeria in all of central fl, I would recommend first!! Thanks for listening and hope you enjoy this awesome experience like us!Vegetarian options: Just ask crystal!
