If you’re in Florida and craving some seriously good BBQ, you absolutely have to check out **Brock's BBQ**. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with the mouthwatering aroma of smoked meats that had me drooling before I even sat down. The vibe is super laid-back, with friendly staff who treat you like family right from the start.
I decided to go all out and ordered the brisket and ribs, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! The brisket was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, and the smoky flavor was on point. The ribs? Oh man, they were fall-off-the-bone good, slathered in their signature sauce that had just the right amount of sweetness and spice. I could have eaten a whole rack by myself!
And don’t even get me started on the sides! The mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, and the coleslaw added a refreshing crunch that perfectly balanced the richness of the meats. I also loved that they have a variety of sauces to try—each one more delicious than the last.
What really made my experience special was the personal touch. The owner, Jason, came by to chat and share stories about how he started the place. You can really feel the passion he has for BBQ, and it shows in every bite.
Whether you’re a BBQ aficionado or just looking for a great meal, Brock's BBQ is a must-visit. I left with a full belly and a smile on my face, already planning my next trip back. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Best bbq I have had in Orlando for a long time. This is way better than 4Rivers, Pig Floyd’s or other local places. The potato salad, brisket, and chicken were fantastic.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while, and when I saw that they just opened up a stall at The Food Factory in Oviedo, I knew this was my opportunity to check them out (and check out The Food Factory at the same time)! While TFF was cool, unfortunately, Brock’s was not.I arrived right around noon, when they opened, so I assumed that I would get the freshest, best quality food, but I was sorely mistaken. The brisket I received was dry and lukewarm, the mac n cheese was basically cold, and the potato salad was ice cold. The mac had literally zero cheese in it, just a paltry amount of bland liquidy cheese sauce, so it was mostly just elbow noodles with some crispy onion on top, not great. The potato salad was even worse, I only took two bites and threw the rest away. Tasted like eating a bowl of mushy celery w/ mustard. If you’re in Oviedo and want bbq done right, just go 5 minutes down the road to Briskets BBQ, I will never stray from them again!

We just checked out their food at the Food Factory in Oviedo. You can't order from them directly - had to order from the bar. My brisket sandwich came out cold and was dry chunks of brisket and fries for $18...I did get a hot sandwich back after asking for one, but it had some sort of hard grit in it. The fries and their sauces on the side were really good, but I would not recommend for brisket. May consider trying their jackfruit at some point though.

The meat, oh the meat! Tender, juicy, and bursting with smoky goodness, it was a barbecue lover's dream come true. Each bite was a delightful mix of savory, sweet, and slightly tangy flavors, perfectly complemented by the creamy cream cheese and the zing of cilantro. The combination was an absolute flavor symphony in my mouth. What impressed me the most about Brock's Florida Barbecue was the attention to detail and the high-quality ingredients used in their dishes. It's evident that they take pride in their craft and are dedicated to delivering exceptional barbecue experiences to their customers.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the sample menu bagel at Brock's Florida Barbecue at the Orlando Brunchfest, and let me tell you, it was a flavor-packed delight that left me craving for more. The combination of a perfectly toasted bagel topped with cream cheese, succulent meat, and a drizzle of their signature sauce was simply mouthwatering. The bagel itself was fresh and had a satisfying chewiness, providing a wonderful base for the explosion of flavors that followed.

Absolutely fire bbq! Brisket melts in your mouth it’s so tender
Winter Springs Winter Wonderland event. They were awesome! Food was fantastic my granddaughter and nephew devoured the brisket burgers. Sausage was perfect. They were patient with the kids and with me (frazzled Nana nerves at this point)...more to the point the brisket was awesome, fries were fought over and thankfully the potato salad was all mine. I should have gone back for more so that we could have had left overs the next day it was that good.Angi and the kids
