Best bbq I have had in Orlando for a long time. This is way better than 4Rivers, Pig Floyd’s or other local places. The potato salad, brisket, and chicken were fantastic.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while, and when I saw that they just opened up a stall at The Food Factory in Oviedo, I knew this was my opportunity to check them out (and check out The Food Factory at the same time)! While TFF was cool, unfortunately, Brock’s was not.I arrived right around noon, when they opened, so I assumed that I would get the freshest, best quality food, but I was sorely mistaken. The brisket I received was dry and lukewarm, the mac n cheese was basically cold, and the potato salad was ice cold. The mac had literally zero cheese in it, just a paltry amount of bland liquidy cheese sauce, so it was mostly just elbow noodles with some crispy onion on top, not great. The potato salad was even worse, I only took two bites and threw the rest away. Tasted like eating a bowl of mushy celery w/ mustard. If you’re in Oviedo and want bbq done right, just go 5 minutes down the road to Briskets BBQ, I will never stray from them again!

We just checked out their food at the Food Factory in Oviedo. You can't order from them directly - had to order from the bar. My brisket sandwich came out cold and was dry chunks of brisket and fries for $18...I did get a hot sandwich back after asking for one, but it had some sort of hard grit in it. The fries and their sauces on the side were really good, but I would not recommend for brisket. May consider trying their jackfruit at some point though.

The meat, oh the meat! Tender, juicy, and bursting with smoky goodness, it was a barbecue lover's dream come true. Each bite was a delightful mix of savory, sweet, and slightly tangy flavors, perfectly complemented by the creamy cream cheese and the zing of cilantro. The combination was an absolute flavor symphony in my mouth. What impressed me the most about Brock's Florida Barbecue was the attention to detail and the high-quality ingredients used in their dishes. It's evident that they take pride in their craft and are dedicated to delivering exceptional barbecue experiences to their customers.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the sample menu bagel at Brock's Florida Barbecue at the Orlando Brunchfest, and let me tell you, it was a flavor-packed delight that left me craving for more. The combination of a perfectly toasted bagel topped with cream cheese, succulent meat, and a drizzle of their signature sauce was simply mouthwatering. The bagel itself was fresh and had a satisfying chewiness, providing a wonderful base for the explosion of flavors that followed.

We had the opportunity to try the Brock's Florida Barbecue Food Truck and boy are we glad we did! The workers were very friendly and the food came out very quickly! We got the Brock's Mac Bowl and really enjoyed it! You get to choose your meat and sauces and then they pile it high atop some really tasty Mac & Cheese. I have not been to the restaurant location, so I can't write on the atmosphere there, but I can definitely say that their food is really delicious and the barbecue s very yummy!

Looking for some fire barbecue, then it's time you know what the Brock is cookin'! Jason and his crew really get to poppin' off when it comes to good quality food and excellent service. Every time I see them, it is always a fun time and you can tell that they love what they do just from the taste of the food. If you ever see him one day, tell him Nikko sent you!

I've been meaning to give this place a review for a while. It is so good! When we visited, Brock's was at Ivanhhoe Park Brewing, so we had to stop by and give it a try. Now, they have a permanent spot at Broken Strings Brewery. Their food is a perfect pairing with a cold beer.As far as food goes, we loved their pulled pork and brisket. They were both delicious. We also recommend the brisket burger and the potato salad, but you can't go wrong with any of their menu items! I can't wait to go back to enjoy some more BBQ & beer.

Winter Springs Winter Wonderland event. They were awesome! Food was fantastic my granddaughter and nephew devoured the brisket burgers. Sausage was perfect. They were patient with the kids and with me (frazzled Nana nerves at this point)...more to the point the brisket was awesome, fries were fought over and thankfully the potato salad was all mine. I should have gone back for more so that we could have had left overs the next day it was that good.Angi and the kids

Small portions, high prices and fatty meats. Unfortunately I don't recommend.

Brock's food truck came to our neighborhood party and their food was incredible. My husband said that their brisket cheeseburger was the best barbecue he's ever had in his life. I had the pulled pork platter, and it was also delicious. **We want your business to succeed. On Google listing the website doesn’t work and it’s not clear where your located since your a food truck. Please list where we can find you. Thanks ??
