The food here is great quality. However, our recent experience was disappointing. We placed an order and were given a pickup time, but when we arrived the staff seemed confused and only then realized our order had never been made (the ticket apparently wasn’t printed). We were told it would be another 30 minutes. While we did receive an apology, there was no explanation or offer of compensation for the mistake. Not sure if we will be returning again.

Almost, well actually drove by it twice before deciding on trying it out. I must say one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. If Dave Portnoy hasn't been he he should!!!! I had a slice lunch special and needed a box for the other slice, they're HUGE. Most excellent crust and flavor. Obviously family owned and the lady said they have been there over 40 years, here's to another 40, well done Brooklyn pizza

Our flight was delayed an entire day. Stuck in the hotel. But Brooklyn Pizza turned our terrible day around. We literally just ate the delicious food. From the awesome delivery driver to the warm bread, homemade dressing for our salads, pizza, calzones, chk alfredo, lasagna, drinks, chocolate cake and tiramisu. They even added extra plates, cups & napkins! Didn’t need to ask. I’m telling you they turned our day around! Taking my menu home because next time we come back to Orlando we’re stopping by in the flesh! Bless this gem! No pictures. We were too busy eating.

Ordered delivery while in town. Pizza was fantastic! Crust was cooked perfectly. Pizza had great flavor. Hit the spot!
Brooklyn Pizza never misses. The crust was perfectly cooked and I asked for it extra crispy and they nailed it. You can tell they care about the details. The sauce has the right balance of flavor and the cheese pulls hit every time. Easily one of the best spots around. Friendly service fast turnaround and overall just fire pizza. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Food is always excellent here. The problem is that they just charged me a lot more than what the menu says the prices are and the reason is that “we’re waiting on new menus and the manager said to charge the new prices while we wait on the new menus.”
So good luck on what you get charged.
The food is great and the employees are just doing their job. The manager should be taught how not to screw up a family business.
