This location had a non-dairy flavor listed on its website and on the 2 hanging signs in the windows of the store. We drove 20 minutes for the non-dairy ice cream for my daughter who has a dairy allergy. We waited in line for over 10 minutes only to be told by the clerk that they do not have non-dairy ice cream and they didn’t make any. If you are going for non-dairy ice cream, call ahead.
Great ice cream and even better service. The crew was having such fun with each other and with customers, which made for a really nice visit. Thank you guys working Wed March 4 night shift for a great experience!
So many different flavors, you can never go wrong with Brusters. One of my mandatory spots coming to Orlando

Great ice cream by shivam. He was very kind and patient. We got Oreo, banana, chocolate and peanut butter and vanilla flavours. Great cream ice cream. Woiod go back !
Nice ice cream with many different flavors and very well served (large portions even in the small one). The waffle cone is really good. The day I went they were not accepting credit cards

10/10 recommend!! They have every flavor of ice cream possible, and even frozen daiquiris (Non-alcoholic, of course). Viram was spectacular on his service and so friendly! Will definitely return!! 💯💯❤️❤️
Good ice cream but very slow service. Only 1 person working. So they did everything from taking & making orders. We ordered 2 different sundaes and one of us was almost finished one when the other one was ready.
Brusters has been our absolute favorite since moving to FL. The flavors and portions are so good!
Very small portions than the other location we go to all the time. Employee did not have a sense of urgency at all. Not so great customer service. 10/4/2025 @ 3:40 pm
Bradley was so sweet and so helpful. He did seem to be working alone but there wasn’t much foot traffic
