We always enjoy our meal from Bubbakoos! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, is because I ordered it to be picked up at 6:30, but I arrived early…6:15/6:20, and my takeout bag was already prepared and sitting on the shelf getting cold. By the time I got it home, it had to be reheated in the microwave. I would appreciate it if my food was prepared and bagged closer to the requested pickup time.

The rice ball isn't worth it at all. Try to keep the hot sauce area clean there were tiny bugs so we didn't bother with it. Otherthan that it was ok
