Stopped in a little over a week ago for lunch with my wife while visiting family in the area for the holidays. Came in blind never hearing about Bubbakoo's and left very happy. The guys working there were super friendly and accommodating. They did a great job preparing the food and beer prices were lower than some bars in the area. The manager even set us up by the tvs, turned on a football game we were interested in, and brought out all the food once it was prepared.

Tucked away in a busy strip mall is a great place for burritos, quesadillas and typical tex-mex flair. The restaurant is designed in a similar style as Chipotle restaurant in that you order what style of food you want (salad, burrito or quesadilla), then, in cafeteria style, you load up your plate. Each entree can be made into a combo with fries or tortilla chips and salsa with a drink for $4.99 additional. Every dish is made to order, hot and fresh. I had the steak burittodilla...

Same basic idea as Moe's and Chipotle but miles ahead in taste. Love the different fusion selections. Had the Nashville chicken burrito and added pico de gallo *chefs kiss*. Give it a shot, it's great! Would definitely come back
