I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, which set a negative tone right away. The service felt cold and unwelcoming throughout the visit.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it. The flavors were bland, and the ingredients did not taste fresh at all. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.
Overall, this was not a pleasant dining experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others who are looking for good food and service.

The service hasn't been great recently. I always order my meals online for pickup but recently I picked up my order and the staff gave me a hard time. I told them I'm picking up, gave them my name, and showed my order receipt from my phone as proof. the female employee rudley walked off with an attitude she didnt say have a great day or nothing.then I asked them if I needed to show my ID to verify further but the male employee said no worries. It shouldn't be difficult to pick up an already paid online order especially when Ive given them my name and this isn't the first time they've treated me like this. They act like they're the CIA of cauliflower bites. Plus they've started serving less cauliflower bites now so it's now worth the price. ill just learn to make em from home.

i live across the street so it’s real convenient to order but you can tell whoever maintains that location hires people who care about what they’re doing. everyone’s helpful and respectful and the food is top tier every time

Had the General Tso burrito which was very tasty. Plenty of different options and you can build your own if you want a standard burrito.
My only gripe, and I'm not knocking them on it, is that it gets pricey adding extra meat, but I blame that on the insane cost of food and the economy right now.
FIRST TIME that I have a problem in over a year. Part of my order was missing. Customer service was good to fix it but don't like the resolution of the fix.
