Stop charging people for items that you don’t deliver! They also forgot to include napkins and cutlery. Your store is open until 1 am and after taking over 40 minutes, you provided stale and cold food.

I was here last night for UFC 322. Buffalo Wild Wings food quality or food in general is really bad. Applebees and or chilis is way better than this. Other than that the server at the bar was amazing, atmosphere amazing. Just the food is terrible. Here I got a burger and boneless wings, and it was very mediocre. Don’t think I would eat here again.

I ordered doordash, my dasher has been waiting almost 2 hours for my order. I am extremely hungry and very upset, I tried calling the store and no one answered, crowded or not my order SHOULD NOT take an hour. i am extremely upset with this experience as I have NEVER experienced this before.

Always good wings. You must try the salt and vinegar fries though. They aren’t on the menu but they know what you mean when you order them. I love the cheese curds with Carmel sauce. Weird sounding but an amazing explosion in your mouth.

I placed a takeout order and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my food. When I finally got it, the fries were cold, and the chicken didn’t look appetizing. I also asked for carrots, but only received celery.
What made it worse was that I stood in front of the takeout counter for over five minutes several times while waiting with no acknowledgment or assistance while several staff members looked at me but didn’t say a word. Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing.
With how tough things already are in this economy, it’s frustrating to spend my hard-earned money on what was supposed to be a small treat, only for it to be ruined by poor service and cold food. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

We had a large party come in at 11pm tonight. They sat us all and our server’s name was Alex. He was the sweetest and did his best to help us all out. I’m writing this review because he definitely deserves recognition and if you want a good server I’d ask to be sat in his section for sure!

I’m here for military and had a good time here, our waitress Jomaris was very good at making sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks stayed full and made the experience nice. She deserves a raise! The drinks were good and so were the wings! I haven’t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in a while and it was a good experience. Overall, I’ll be back next time we are here!
