food was great. no issues. but service sucks. no host. everyone stands up front waiting for a server to come seat you. server had no personality. she looked miserable. also she only checked in on us if I flagged her down.

Not a fan of this location the boneless wing were extremely small, the server barley looked our way even tho the restaurant was nearly empty. The staff seems more concerned with personal conversation than customers.

Ordered 10 wings from the Lee Vista location on 3/18 but only got 9 wings. This is the second time in a row this has happened. I don’t know if employees have difficulty counting to 10 or if the restaurant thinks shorting customers is good business.

Around 7:30pm I came hereThere was a Friendly black male Server but definitely not sure what's up with front desk pick up guy with the long hair associate kinda gave me a hard time to make a small change to my order an rolled his eyes ste towards end of our conversations Steven messed up my order but eventually fixed it made it right thanks steven don't work too hard

Everything about this location was awful. Ordered takeout and my food wasn’t ready even though I showed up 15min after it was supposed to be ready. Waited 10 minutes at the counter to ask about my order but no one was around. Got tired of waiting and went to the bar to figure out what was going on with my order. Food finally came out after a few more minutes of waiting. The food itself was terrible. Ordered naked tenders and a dry rub sauce. The tenders were tiny and tasted like they were flavored only with salt and pepper.

I didn't eat here but went here to purchase wing sauce and the hostess greeted me with a smile. While I inquired about which sauce I wanted to purchase, she offered to let me test it first, while waiting for her to come back, another waitress came to make sure I had been taken care of, I advised her I had. After the hostess went to get the sauce I chose the manager (or supervisor) came up to assist me but I advised that I had been helped and was waiting. My encounter was brief but the staff customer service was great! I will definitely dine-in the next time I'm in the area.
