Food was good went to go see a UFC fight are server was Rachel she forgot about one of my food orders I no longer wanted it since I was ready to go but charged me for it anyway I just asked for a togo box since I didn't want problems just wanted to leave she then proceeded to drop my plate on the table not really a hard slame but enough to notice an attitude still tipped 20 percent because I'm a server but I really didn't appreciate the attitude especially when I was nice to her if I return I will make sure I switch servers if I get her again

I had a pleasant experience, the lady behind the bar was really nice and even told me about the menu and what I should try. Food came out really quick, salad was cold, chicken was crispy and hot.
Yeah there wasn't a host at the front door but I just walked in with a smile and sat myself. I don't know why anyone would just stand there waiting and then write a poor review. Some people are just mad at the world. Don't listen to the bad reviews and come eat if you're craving Buffalo Wild Wings!

It was my first time eating fried chicken here, and it was too salty. People who eat salt in moderation need to be reminded to use less salt, especially in children's meals.

This is my first time eating at a fast food restaurant. There is also a bar where you can eat and watch the game. The fried chicken is a bit salty, and the fried chicken for the kids is too salty.

This had to be the worst service I have ever received at a BW3. The kitchen staff and the manager seemed to be working but the wait staff just didn’t care. They were far more interested in talking to each other than serving customers.

My go to place when I hungry and want a variety of foods to choose from. Place was very spacious and clean. Staff, Klaus were above and beyond with service. Fresh hot and flavor food.
Allie made the visit worth every second! She was beyond helpful, friendly, and looked after us the second we arrived 💕 can't recommend for the amazing customer service alone, never mind the banging cocktails she made!

Despite the 3.7 rating, this establishment is utterly deplorable. The rating should be significantly lower. Numerous tables were left uncleared, the establishment was just grubby and in a state of disarray. We waited 15 minutes to be seated, only to be informed that the food would take approximately 35-40 minutes to arrive.
After a long day outdoors, this was certainly not the experience we sought. We opted to return home and order food through Uber Eats instead. However, our decision proved to be regrettable. The fries were stale and hard, and portions of the order were missing. The mozzarella sticks had an unpleasant, old, and hard texture. Shame on whoever thought that was acceptable to send out.
