Unfortunately not as good as it used to be. The servers were doing the best they could, but the kitchen was not having a good day on my most recent visit. Everyone in the place were waiting forever to get their food, and my wife’s order was incorrectly made (the server recorded the order correctly - the kitchen messed it up). The food was good when we finally got it, but it was a journey.
I’m not sure if they were short-staffed or what, but the kitchen service was not up to par.

We sat at the Bar, Makayla was our bartender. She seemed very short from the moment she greeted us, she was not attentive. We could not get her attention for the longest time to ask to switch our food to togo. I just wanted to leave. She Told us we cant get all flats. Told us we cant mix lemon pepper and buffalo. Thats why we came here because another location did it and it was fantastic. Im just really confused, how yall can keep business at this location with her horrible attitude. Also the chicken wings still had feathers on them. No bueno.
5 to 10 minutes between each person's meal to be delivered (all 6 of us). No communication from the server as to what was going on. Emergency exit alarm had a low battery and was whistling loudly every 45 seconds. Staff had no interest in addressing it. Food was below expectations. And the place wasn't even busy.

This was about one of the worst experiences we have had at a restaurant. Our server, Danielle, was not very good at her job. She initially took our drink and appetizer order and then brought the drinks. Then the wait began. Entrees were eventually brought by someone else and we told that person we hadn't received our appetizer yet and she said "oh, it will be out." Sure enough, it arrived by yet another person, not our server. Our actual server eventually (and almost at the end of the meal) came by to see if we needed anything. My husband ordered another drink and after about 15 minutes she brought it to the table, set it down without saying a word, then walked away. We asked someone passing by to get our check which we promptly paid and left. I might understand if the place was busy but she literally was no where to be seen on the floor for long periods of time.

I had the worst customer service experience at Buffalo Wild Wings on I-Drive #0545 across from SeaWorld. Our waitress, Alex, was completely scatterbrained. I asked for a spoon to eat my cake and ice cream, and she brought me a fork, explaining that they didn’t have any clean spoons in the entire restaurant. When I asked how that was even possible, she said the busboy had just arrived. That’s just poor management.
To make things worse, she left all the dirty plates on the table instead of helping clear them, leaving everything for the busboy. It was frustrating to see such a lack of initiative. Even though the place has been remodeled, you wouldn’t be able to tell. I do NOT recommend this location!
