I had the worst customer service experience at Buffalo Wild Wings on I-Drive #0545 across from SeaWorld. Our waitress, Alex, was completely scatterbrained. I asked for a spoon to eat my cake and ice cream, and she brought me a fork, explaining that they didn’t have any clean spoons in the entire restaurant. When I asked how that was even possible, she said the busboy had just arrived. That’s just poor management.
To make things worse, she left all the dirty plates on the table instead of helping clear them, leaving everything for the busboy. It was frustrating to see such a lack of initiative. Even though the place has been remodeled, you wouldn’t be able to tell. I do NOT recommend this location!

We attended an event at this location on the 25th of January. This is a wonderful location with top-notch staff to match! The Manager on duty Jasmine and her colleagues Sandy and Ivy created an atmosphere that allowed everyone attending the event to feel invited. Just off of the atmosphere alone we will be back to enjoy this awesome restaurant and staff!!!

I visited this BWW on 1/25/25 for a fundraising community giveback event. Aside from the impactful event, the BWW Management and staff took very good care of me and our guests. It was a chilly day but we were kept warm and cozy in the heated patio. The food was on point and the attentive staff were always one step away to take care of beverage orders. Thank you to the team at BWW that made the event pleasant and welcoming.

Without a doubt, this is the best team you’ll find in Orlando! Manager Jasmine and her team, Sandy and Ivy, operate in perfect harmony. Their positive attitudes and exceptional work ethic are truly unmatched. It’s a breath of fresh air to encounter such contagious energy. We recently hosted an event for 50 people, and it was absolutely flawless. A huge shout-out to the behind-the-scenes staff who prepared our food; those wings and platters were simply delectable! You won’t regret visiting and experiencing the newly renovated space. Our family and friends are incredibly grateful to the BWW team for their outstanding hospitality. Thank you for making our experience so memorable!

Placed a simple traditional/boneless combo order for pickup and they got the sauces backwards on the wings and just didn't even bother to season the other half. BWW already kinda sucks but this was a new one for me.
Ordered through there website to delivery it was terrible. They shorted the entire order on our 20 regular wings and Buffalo chicken salad and a Cesar salad. The regular wings looked liked like they sat under a warmer for long time and salad didn’t even had buffalo sauce Sauce chicken was cold and chewy Will never order from here again.

Really poor. Ordered online, didn’t tip online as I took cash for staff. Booking for 7:30, didn’t get until 8:05 in the mean time 9 separate collections were made, all instantly given their food, now unless they all knew that this branch was running 30 mins late, I find it hard to believe my boneless wings and fries were that hard too cook. To top it all off, got home (2 min drive) and it was all cold and we had to microwave it. Garbage.
