Build My Burgers

Ordered some chicken tenders through uber eats. Look and taste like they were cooked in super dirty oil before I ordered them.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Never ordering from here again. We ordered two burgers since it was bogo. Would never spend $12.99 on a burger from here, it’s doesn’t taste bad, but for that price literally any fast food restaurant would taste as good for a quarter to half the price. Also ordered a wing and fries deal for $14.99 which again Overpriced and they tasted AWFUL they used this orange sauce on it when we asked for buffalo. It sure as heck did not taste like buffalo wings. I also paid an additional .75 each for two containers for BBQ sauce and only got 1, wasn’t even that big. Fries were super soggy. Uber said the total price would’ve been $70, again for 2 burgers, and 2 wing/fry meals, we paid $19 after getting a $25 off promo from Uber. Supposedly “free” delivery but the $12 fees (insane) said delivery in it. My bf ate the wings because I couldn’t force myself to and now his stomach is hurting which is rare.

Our burgers were such a let down. It was extremely salty it felt like it was numbing my tongue. We spent $50 for inedible burgers we ended up throwing away, and it doesnt even look great either. The fries and onion ring were soaked in oil, also inedible and the fried oreos were just soggy and gross, it like they used old batter.

Saw the place on CNBC YouTube and tried it out. The burger was delicious, and the portion size for the fries was generous and well-seasoned.

I decided to give this place a try and I was very disappointed. First, I ordered two burgers and a side of fries for my sister and I to go. After getting home we realized they didn’t put fries in it at all. So $5 wasted. I call to ask for a refund which the young lady said she didn’t know how to do and said if I come back another time they will give me free fries… slim chance but okay. Then we proceeded to eat our burgers and they were falling apart, super saucy, soggy, even the burger patty was crumbling.. I’ve never been disappointed over a burger. So no reimbursement fries for me because I won’t give it another chance.

Ordered two burgers. The first one was fine but the second one was drowning in sauce to the point that it was inedible.

The shake was really good, I liked that it wasnt too sweet. I got a smash burger 1 patty and when I opened it literally it was so thinned out that there were a lot of parts that was just bread and sauce, and it's like no wonder it's 5 bucks.

Honestly seems like none of the flavors of anything really mesh together like they should.

Seasoning on the fries and the ranch clash, the sauteed add ons were kind of hidden in the bun and didnt bring any flavor, the thousand island didnt lighten up the burger but ended up clashing with the other flavors, so nothing really had any wow factor.

It seems like the flavoring of the entire menu lacks intentionality, which comes out in the final product. Its kind of confusing to taste 😂

And i am a person who likes all of my food as a smorgasbord so this should have hit the spot but it was far from that

For supposedly build my burger you're extremely limited only 3 toppings and barely any sauce. Paid extra for bacon and it's just tiny little bits and didn't taste great. Don't even bother. It's a shame. They brag about how good they are as a start up for a franchise. Probably because they rip everyone off. Sounds like a pyramid scheme.

Certainly the 4.8 stars are all paid ! The burger is not bad, but it shouldn’t cost $42 for 2 people to eat! There was a hair in our fries , the burger all messy .. disappointed!

Disappointed! I spent $42 to eat , me and my wife. The burger was a mess , it seems that somebody threw it there and that's it! The fries had a hair on it, it was cold , terrible! Never recommend ir or come back!

Today, Saturday, October 2, but it's already October 3 because there are more than 12, I went to pick up an order at 12:08 am and it was closed but the bag with the food was on the counter but even though I knocked, the employees ignored me for the 5 minutes that I was in front of the door. How sad that they have employees who ignore customers who go to pick up their order that is ready

get a happy meal. If I actually had cheese on my burger it must have been liquid spread. I’ll let the photos tell the story. I’m sure you can tell which pics are their website and which ones are what we got.

Good burger. I suggest ordering double meat cause the burger buns are soft but thick. Nicely seasoned crinkle cut fries.
