Food was average. Presentation was beautiful, think it's more about the show and less on flavor. Tuna tartar had chopped onion, good tuna does not need onion. Also had a a strange gelatin top, awful flavor. I've had better tuna tartar. Sometimes less is best.
Wish there was a wider variety on the menu, and its super expensive. But, its a beautiful restaurant, and the food is excellent.
While we enjoyed the Chateaubriand very much, the table side Caesar salad was very disappointing. The server did not engage with us at all and the dressing was overdone with a flavor like mustard. Not worth the $ on that. Our service was lacking. I had to request a refill of my water multiple times. At this level of establishment, the server should have been making sure the water was being replenished. Atmosphere is lovely and the remainder of the meal was good but we expected excellent given the reputation.
Overall, the experience was good, but the pacing of service felt slow. There was approximately a 45-minute gap between the salad course and the second course. While our server was kind and professional, we didn't feel as attended to as some of the other tables around us. This is something we've noticed before at similar establishments, possibly because my partner and I tend to be younger than most patrons. We were hoping for a more social, celebratory evening since we were celebrating a birthday. While I may not have noted this in the reservation, we did mention it to our server early in the meal.
Bull and Bear is one of our favorite restaurants in Orlando, and certainly on property at the Waldorf / Signia. The food is always incredible and the service is impeccable. The wine selection and craft cocktails are always on par. If you are a regular, they get to know you and remember what you like - you feel like family. 100% Recommend this restaurant.
Amazing food, service and vibe for a date night. Would definitely recommend to (46-54) people. Especially date night.
Absolutely amazing service location and food . five star service every single time we come here. Our favorite restaurant on earth
Service was outstanding. We ate there 2 nights in a row. Taste of food was excellent. Biggest concern was portion size. The prices here on the high end. The pork chop was excellent, but small. Had the paella, tasty, but had 5 small shrimps, very small clams, and a few mussels. The sea bass was half the size we would normally get, but it tasted great. Would recommend, but very different from other high end steak establishments that I believe give you better value. (But again, service was great!)
Our dinner for seven started out great. The ambiance is beautiful, the service friendly and efficient. Cocktails and appetizers, including caviar service were outstanding. Unfortunately, when we received our entrees, we were more than a little disappointed. The wagyu was tough, the Delmonico was grissly, the chateaubriand was tough and flavorless, the Dover Sole was overcooked, the pork chop was delish, the side dishes and Caesar salad were just okay. For a meal costing more than $2,000 it was simply not worth it. So disappointed we wasted that much money and a special occasion dinner on such mediocre food. Definitely skip it!
My Boyfriend and I celebrated our 5th anniversary and we could not have picked a better restaurant:) They made us feel so special from the greeting to the ending of the meal. There was a lovely happy anniversary note on the table with rose petal when we arrived. The team we had serving us was so kind and on top of everything. I wish I remembered everyone's name but I know Gonzalo was so kind and helpful. The food was spectacular. For appetizers we got the steak tartare and the tuna crudo. My boyfriend's favorite was the Tuna, mine was the steak, so both you cannot go wrong with. The entree though. Out of this world. The Escargot Gnocchi was my favorite and My boyfriend's Lamb was delicious! Last but not least, the dessert La Fraise. WOW WOW WOW! They made the ice cream right in front with nitrogen and it tasted phenomenal. The service, ambience, hotel, food, and overall experience is worth the price:) Thank you!!

Service was polite but stretched. They were understaffed for the number of tables and guests. Wines by the glass were great in diversity and quality and prices matched, no issue here. What was disturbing was the $58 burger which was extremely disappointing: cold onion rings, foie gras was cold and subsequently rubber and then there was a $2 additional charge for cheese!! Burger was maybe 6oz. Really need to deliver on excellence when charging $58 for a 6oz burger and maybe include the cheese??? Serious value gap here and a bad taste in my mouth…..
Outstanding service! We enjoyed the team of different servers and hosts we interacted with.
I had the lamb chop. The portion was maybe 3 oz. after the bone and fat. Very disappointed with the quality and the price for the very small portion. The Caesar salad was bland and loaded with way too much cheese and croutons. We eat at this restaurant often and are usually very satisfied with the food, not last night. Service is always amazing!!! The decor is beautiful and very romantic.
Dissappointing dinner, leading to a miserable dining experience. Too much heavy cream muting the flavors in the dishes. Nearly everything was underseasoned. Poor cooking techniques. The famous chicken was effectively a take on KFC chicken, potatoes, and gravy, but with far less flavor. A team of 5 servers/runners/captains did not notice we were not having a good time. When we finally said something, all the manager could think of was comping items, and kept saying "Just tell me what to do." but we made it very clear we werent asking for anything, it wasnt about the money. We had been looking forward to a good experience here for a long time, and we were just sad that it did not happen.
The staff was amazing and the food delicious!! My only complaint is that it was very loud for a romantic dinner with my husband. We could barely hear each other as we were seated near numerous large parties.
