Cyrus at Hagrid’s Motorbike Adventure made our family’s night! My daughter wanted to go on the ride, but, she was struggling because her feet hurt from walking all day. Cyrus went above and beyond to help our family out. He was so kind and we are so very grateful! 5/5 stars go to Cyrus!

We had breakfast reservations for the Leaky Cauldron. The train was delayed this morning but Ms. Denise at the train depot got us on the very NEXT train to hopefully make our reservations. She went out of her way to help us even though she didn’t have to. Exceptional customer service!

We spent 5 days at universal this past week. But HANDS down our favorite part was our VIP tour with Chalbrena! She made the tour. She gave us so much of the experience, told stories, gave us the Easter eggs throughout the park. Just because of her we are going to book a second trip in October and going to book that VIP tour as well. Thank you Chalbrena!

We recently visited the parks and participated in the holiday VIP evening tour. We saw the Grinch show as well as got to meet the Grinch himself. We got to see parts of the park you don’t normally have access to, met Santa, and had a private viewing of the show at Hogwarts. I want to thank our tour guide Adrian. He was fun, knowledgeable and professional and we were so glad to have him as our guide! If we ever do anything like this again we would 100% ask to have him as our guide again. What an awesome way to kick off the holiday!!

both very nice theme parks ... if you are thinking about getting somebody the merchandise card I would check with them first seeing how it can only be used for merchandise not food or to buy a another annual pass from what I've been told no refunds and you only have three choices and a wand.
Good burger with toppings you can add on like a salad bar and awesome T. rex in the center.

"Sliders" turned out to be one big cheeseburger. It was good. The vegan burger had a big mushroom instead of the meat, and it was actually pretty awesome. The desert which was a brownie cookie was pretty delicious.
