#UOFistBump Universal really outdid themselves. Epic Universe has my heart. We took my nephew for his very first theme park trip, and he’s still talking about the Isle of Berk. We spent almost all our time there. He loved the fire drill, the wing gliders, and that play area, we practically had to drag him out. Seeing Toothless fly over the crowd during the dragon show was the highlight of his day. We did a little gaming in Super Nintendo World, and Ashley at Yoshi was fantastic. She made sure he didn’t miss the hidden eggs and made the whole moment feel special. That ended up being the only ride we did in Nintendo, but she made it count. While we were waiting near the front of the park for my husband to come back in, we met Angela at the ticket counter by the exit. We didn’t buy anything from her, but she completely won my nephew over. She made him a special first visit button, and even made one for the dragon he “hatched.” He didn’t want to leave because he enjoyed talking to her so much. She got down on his level, treated him with so much kindness, and gave us great advice for the rest of the afternoon. Her tips for the Harry Potter Show and food recommendations were spot on. We loved Pizza Moon, and Ashley at the candy shop at the front of the park was so helpful with making our selections. Great chocolates too btw. Every team member we met was excited for us and went out of their way to make his first visit feel big. Thank you to everyone who made this an Epic first trip for my nephew!
#UOFISTBUMP Visited Epic Universe today and wow! First of all every inch of this park is beautiful! Secondly the cast of characters are incredible. Shout out to everyone at Isle Of Berk and Igor and the Invisible man I don't even like Horror films but I love ya'll!! Everyone of you were so fun, funny and sweet. I especially enjoyed Invisible Man's sassy sarcastic remarks. NEVER change. I hope you all see this cause you made my entire year! definitely coming back.
Burger Digs delivered a satisfying meal between rides—burgers were juicy, toppings fresh, and waffle fries surprisingly crisp. The dino-themed decor added a fun touch, though the indoor seating felt cramped during peak hours. Mobile ordering helped speed things up, but staff coordination at pickup could be smoother. Overall, a reliable stop for a quick bite, with just a bit of polish needed on the service flow.
Union rings ordered. were unfortunately cold. probably they had been standing for a while because it was quite quiet. Next time I'll explicitly ask for hot food. Missed opportunity.
The burgers in this place tasted very strange. I couldn’t even force myself to eat it. Maybe they should change it to “the burger dogs” because it tasted like dog food. Something is very off about that meat. Disgusting.

One option on the menu: The Herbivore Burger Platter - marinated Portobello, vegan Swiss and secret sauce on a kaiser roll, served with fries. It was the best food I ate in the park. Bonus: They have a condiment bar so you can load up on pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes.
they make it hard to buy anything except a 4 park pass and if you're an out of state resident then you are forced to buying a 2 park pass even if you only plan on going to one. No wonder they're losing money.
Typical burgers and fries restaurant. Nothing to call home about, but it gets the job done. Seating can be abysmal during peak hours and drinks are no refills, which is annoying.

Worst burger I have ever had. It was convenient and fairly convenient, but I don't understand how they can get it so wrong. Burgers back in highschool 25 years ago were better.

Restaurantji Recommends
Food doesn't look neat, tastes ok.
Lettuce wasn't restocked for whole duration of our stay.
Venue feels unclean and chaotic.
Would recommend other venues in the parks.

Overall, not a bad place to try the burgers are juicy. There are a few options on the menu and there are cool dress your own burger bar. The one complaint I would have is that it is a little more on the pricier end coming in at $22 for a combo Worth giving a try

The Burger Digs offers a convenient spot for a quick bite in the heart of Jurassic Park, but timing is everything here. The location is extremely popular, and during peak hours, the wait time can feel surprisingly long for a counter-service restaurant. The environment tends to be busy and hectic, with a constant flow of guests, which makes it less of a relaxing break and more of a grab-and-go experience.
Seating is another challenge—there simply isn’t enough to accommodate the volume of guests during rush times. You may find yourself circling tables or balancing a tray while scouting for an open spot, which can take away from enjoying your meal.
That said, the food itself is serviceable and satisfies a basic burger craving, and the dinosaur-themed setting adds a fun touch. But if you’re looking for a calm, quick dining experience, you may want to plan for an off-peak visit or consider nearby alternatives.

Honestly the worst type of vegetarian burger ive ever eaten. It was like eating a raw mushroom between two slices of bread. I don’t usually have high hopes whenever i order a veggie burger but this was so much worse then i imagined. I honestly feel sick after eating it. My family couldn’t so they just removed the patty and ate the bread on its own. It was also so overpriced it was insane, for 5 people i paid 122$. The atmosphere isnt great either, its difficult to get seating and all bathrooms have lines going all the way out.
