Come to visit the new universal property in which my family drove over 1000 miles. My granddaughter is five years old and wanted to ride the King Kong ride in which we got a nine month old grandbaby and was made aware by the employees working that we could do a parent swap and which we waited in line for over two hours and the employee give us the parents swap and when my son-in-law and daughter and grandchild went to get on the ride, there was a very rude what I would call a Karen would not let them on the ride, and then my grandbaby started crying and when we tried asking her, she would not answer and call security. It was a nightmare of an experience the other employees said she was abusing what authority she thought she had. The police officer arrived and told us we should go to administration’s and try to get a refund because this was a little ridiculous and which we went to administration and they wouldn’t do no more than put us on a list to interview the situation and call us back in which we will probably never ever get a call from them because what I understand from the employees, this type of stuff happens at this park all the time Karen’s should not be allowed to work at parks like this. Apparently she does not have no kids and to be honest I would not recommend this park anyway it is too expensive and it is probably the worst amusement park in Orlando so my advice to anybody coming apparently universal only cares about one thing and that’s your money and a lady like this probably does not have no kids and she should not have no business working in a public place because she could very easily diffuse the situation by letting my five year-old granddaughter that watched this on TikTok ride the ride because we followed all the rules what we was told to do, but she abused what little authority she thinks she has and I think my family took this very well, but that’s what’s wrong with the world today people take advantage of authority and which this lady shouldn’t have none because if you can be mean to a child, you can be mean to anyone next time she might not meet as nice as group of people and as willing to walk away with their baby crying and when it happens, I hope they read this because universal could stop this kind of stuff from happening in the future. This was supposed to be a family environment will never visit universal again
I liked the burgers—a good place to enjoy a quick snack before continuing our tour of the park. In the end, I really loved the place because we got to meet the Aquilops “Dolores.” When I saw it, I thought, “Wow, that thing looks so real.”

We just spent three amazing days visiting all three parks, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Every single staff member we encountered was kind, courteous, and friendly. Our fast passes were absolutely worth the investment! In just three days, we were able to fully experience all three parks and even return to our favorite attractions for second and third rides. Epic Universe was incredible, we loved the over-the-top scenery, thrilling rides, and the many character interactions throughout the park. Islands of Adventure was our second favorite, with Universal Studios ranking third for our family. While Studios could use a bit of a refresh, it’s still well worth a half-day visit. Once again, the staff, from our hotel team to the shuttle drivers to the park employees, truly made our vacation unforgettable. Their professionalism and friendliness made all the difference in creating such a wonderful family experience.
Just disgusting, no other way to put it. Updated from previous review on 2026-01-19
Such a great place to go with the kids. The view of the dinosaurs is so cool and you get to do activities after you eat. Cali took our order at the restaurant and she was AMAZING!!! So nice and welcoming. She kept a smile the whole time she helped us!!

Got the bacon cheeseburger and chicken tenders with fries both were very good and Price reasonable for a theme park. May check out the Hard Rock Cafe but needs reservation due to the amount of people

It's Disney so await is normal and the prices are what they are. After waiting to make our order, there was a fairly long wait for our food, which did not include my burger despite having only ordered three items. I got back in line and ordered my burger.
After going through the accessories bar (fabulous), I bit into my burger to discover it was cold and mostly raw. 😖

To make burgers this bad, you really have to try. I don’t understand how many dollars the management of this place saves by skimping on even a drop of sauce in the burger and an extra 20 grams of fries, but I hope those savings help them a lot. I honestly don’t get why such a great location is serving food this awful. And the sad part is, improving it would require just one simple step. Very disappointing.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Burger Diggs at Universal. My group was in town for the AYC/AYF cheer and football convention, and we all had full meal vouchers. We arrived six minutes before closing, and despite the restaurant still being open, Felicia denied us entry without any reasonable explanation. Her attitude was dismissive and unaccommodating, and it set a terrible tone after a long day at the event.
#UOFistBump Universal really outdid themselves. Epic Universe has my heart. We took my nephew for his very first theme park trip, and he’s still talking about the Isle of Berk. We spent almost all our time there. He loved the fire drill, the wing gliders, and that play area, we practically had to drag him out. Seeing Toothless fly over the crowd during the dragon show was the highlight of his day. We did a little gaming in Super Nintendo World, and Ashley at Yoshi was fantastic. She made sure he didn’t miss the hidden eggs and made the whole moment feel special. That ended up being the only ride we did in Nintendo, but she made it count. While we were waiting near the front of the park for my husband to come back in, we met Angela at the ticket counter by the exit. We didn’t buy anything from her, but she completely won my nephew over. She made him a special first visit button, and even made one for the dragon he “hatched.” He didn’t want to leave because he enjoyed talking to her so much. She got down on his level, treated him with so much kindness, and gave us great advice for the rest of the afternoon. Her tips for the Harry Potter Show and food recommendations were spot on. We loved Pizza Moon, and Ashley at the candy shop at the front of the park was so helpful with making our selections. Great chocolates too btw. Every team member we met was excited for us and went out of their way to make his first visit feel big. Thank you to everyone who made this an Epic first trip for my nephew!

#UOFISTBUMP Visited Epic Universe today and wow! First of all every inch of this park is beautiful! Secondly the cast of characters are incredible. Shout out to everyone at Isle Of Berk and Igor and the Invisible man I don't even like Horror films but I love ya'll!! Everyone of you were so fun, funny and sweet. I especially enjoyed Invisible Man's sassy sarcastic remarks. NEVER change. I hope you all see this cause you made my entire year! definitely coming back.
The food was all right. I got the Stegosaurus Burger Platter and my husband got the Grilled Chicken, Bacon, Avocado platter.
I had them put the avocado in a cup so I could put it on my burger. First off, the bacon was paper thin. My husband was disappointed; however, the chicken was good.
My burger was decent overall. The actual meat wasn't seasoned. I liked that the pepper was on top and the spice levep was perfect. Also enjoyed being able to grab tomatoes to add.
The setting was nice, I likes being able to watch the coaster while eating and escaping the Florida sun. Overall, the food was filling and aside from wimpy bacon and unseasoned burger meat, it was good.

The burgers are expensive - as expected. But when you pay a lot of money and get food half of the size as it should be, I feel sorry for everyone that pays a lot of money here (including me). At the entrance of the restaurant you see burgers on pictures with salad, tomatos and more. What you become is a bun, a little bit of meat, bacon and cheese. No sauce, no tomato, no salad, nothing. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience for me.

Pathetic. Cold burger and chicken sandwich... so cold the cheese didn't even melt at all. Not expecting a fresh made burger but a warm burger would have been nice for $20.

The Burger Digs is a reliable quick-service spot inside the Jurassic Park Discovery Center, ideal for families and park-goers who want a fast, familiar meal. The menu sticks to basics—burgers, chicken tenders, and fries—with mobile ordering and plenty of seating to keep things efficient. The kid-friendly theming and wheelchair accessibility make it approachable for a wide range of guests.
Food quality is decent but not standout. Burgers are serviceable, though lacking in flavor depth, and sides like fries can be hit or miss. Vegetarian and allergy-friendly options exist but are limited, and clearer labeling would help. For the $10–20 price range, guests may expect more freshness and variety. Still, it’s a solid fallback when convenience matters most.
Parking is handled through Universal Orlando’s system, and guests have access to valet, paid garage, and surface lot options. While efficient, it’s not restaurant-specific—so expect to pay around $30 during peak hours and factor in walking time from the garage or drop-off point.
