Cyrus at Hagrid’s Motorbike Adventure made our family’s night! My daughter wanted to go on the ride, but, she was struggling because her feet hurt from walking all day. Cyrus went above and beyond to help our family out. He was so kind and we are so very grateful! 5/5 stars go to Cyrus!
We had breakfast reservations for the Leaky Cauldron. The train was delayed this morning but Ms. Denise at the train depot got us on the very NEXT train to hopefully make our reservations. She went out of her way to help us even though she didn’t have to. Exceptional customer service!
Thank you so much to Denise, Nicole, and Jami with the Hogwarts Train staff for helping us get a new wand to replace the one our son lost on the train this morning. Ya'll saved the day!
