#UOFistBump goes to Cameron at Epic Ticket Hall! There is a little bit of a hiccup (get it?) when we tried to switch dates for our tickets. We’re an annual passholders and he took care of us big time! Such an incredible experience 🙌🏼
@UniversalORL Emily, Janiel, and Gigi ROCK over at the Harry Potter ride!!! I lost my phone on the ride and they worked together to ACTUALLY RETRIEVE IT!!!! Not only were they polite and understanding they were kind and compassionate!!! It had allllll of my DL and Debit cards in the case!! SOOOOOO grateful for them!! They deserve raises and promotions immediately!!! Thank yall soooooo much for saving the day!!!!
Cyrus at Hagrid’s Motorbike Adventure made our family’s night! My daughter wanted to go on the ride, but, she was struggling because her feet hurt from walking all day. Cyrus went above and beyond to help our family out. He was so kind and we are so very grateful! 5/5 stars go to Cyrus!
