My fiancé insisted we write a review, but I usually avoid this Burger King because a bad experience I had a few months back but after returning here today 11/25/2023 at around 5pm there was a very polite guy that assisted us in drive thru, genuinely appreciate his customer service today and was quick at bringing the food out. Like my fiancé stated, the gentlemen definitely deserves a raise. Food was definitely even fresh and delicious. Will be returning again, Thank you :)

The lady in there had such an attitude and I ordered two orders of chicken fries. Tell me why they only gave me four of them and one and eight of them and the other but instead of fixing the mistake and charging me the difference, the lady sat there arguing with me in the window. I believe she was the manager, and she had a very ugly smirk on her face, she continue to do bad service I asked for sauce she did not put the right sauce in the bag. Is she close the window quickly on us. Worse Burger King I’ve ever been to in the fast food chain.

I haven't been to Burger King in ages, but I decided I just had to have a Whopper today and I'm so glad that I did. Millie was on the Drive-thru and she was sooooo nice and helpful. The Whopper and the fries wear just like I rememered them. (3900 E. Colonial Dr, Orlando)

Literally the worst service EVER this location needs to have more workers there was one cook and one person taking the register it took 15 minutes to order food in an empty restaurant and an empty drive thru. For what is the most mediocre food ever the wait is not worth it this is absolutely insane come here if you wanna waste your time!

The drive through is hard to get into from the parking lot because of a sharp turn that is easy to miss and you have to try to drive through another parking light to try to get into it. The entry has potholes also. The service took a little longer because they were short handed.

I recently work here but I will not be going back the general manager is rude says mean things to me and talks about me with other crew ,she says mean things to me knowing all that do is help,she puts me in the kitchen knowing I have eczema and can't take heat ,she hates me ever since I called the big bosses on her ,bad general manager Melissa Thomas never will I go back ,go miss treat someone else

Staff must be Retarted or something first off they closed early. Second they watched us pull up and didn’t bother ti say they were closed and 3rd I placed the order onlineGet better staff that follow their times and can actually communicate with customers

Ordering in the BURGER KING app for DRIVE-THRU, it states "Drive up to the ordering screen and let us know you ordered online for name." Upon doing so, with NO customers in the drive-thru before or after me, nor anyone inside, I am told to come inside or come to the window. At the window, a man identified himself as the General Manager, eventually showed me my food was bagged and ready, but insisted he'd be fired by his District Manager if he gave me my DRIVE-THRU order VIA THE DRIVE-THRU window. If I wanted my food, I must come inside. When attempting to communicate this to BK Corporate, they don't understand. It's clear this Franchisee is willfully engaging in acts that are potentially discriminatory and may violate the Americans with Disabilities act.

I ordered through the BK App for drive thru pick up, the initial employee on the speaker was rude and the manager refused to serve food from the app pick up option through the drive thru. Insisted I come in, I wasn’t the nicest about it. But neither were they. Awful experience.

Horrible service. Ordered on the phone for drive thru pick up and they told me to get off and get it inside. Because they have a timer on drive thru. No one was inside or on the drive thru line at the moment.

Went through the drive-thru ordered 2 whopper meals with cheese, one without tomatoes and one without onions. They got the veggies part right but on mine, (no onions) had no cheese. That’s cool, whatever I added my own cheese at home. What really annoyed me was the fact they ran my debit card TWICE claiming it was being declined both times. I know I have plenty of money in my account, I logged in just to see where the lady at the window asked if maybe I was hacked? So I checked my info there’s more than enough where it should not have declined. I ended up paying with another card which went through immediately. I get home, and I get notifications from my bank TWICE that two transactions for $23.50 were approved from Burger King. Not sure if they’re running a scam from that location or what, but I will never return to that location. Not a good experience at all.

Restaurant could use some maintenance updates. Restroom locks were questionable. Was not given an opportunity to have our burgers 'our way' has thus changed?
