Based on my recent all other Burger King experience, this one stands apart from the rest. It's clean outside, bathrooms are clean, restaurant in general appeared clean, and the food on mobile order was quick and fresh. I can't say the same for other Burger King I've been to recently, but great job here!

This BK needs to shut down, and this is why, there’s no staff ,it breaks my heart that there's only one person taking orders and preparing these orders at the same time, you don’t want to be there at lunchtime if it's like me, all I have is 30 minutes and it will always Take more than that waiting at the drive-through plus the lobby is always closed at all times, meanwhile all the other fast food around are fully open , I don't Understand , what is the point of having a fast food if there's not enough staff to accomplish a fast service.

From out of state on a business trip, wanted to grab a last meal before going to bed and drive a 16 hour trip tomorrow, asked for no ketchup and no tomato because my husband is allergic and extra cheese, got charged $3 for the cheese that was NOT put on it and 3 slices of tomato and ketchup on both whoppers. Thanks for nothing.

Carlos was great. We drove by at night to get some good food and he was really cool. Took our order, was polite and fast. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. If you want great service, ask for Carlos!

Horrible customer service. I was just at this location the manager was the one that took care of me. She mess up my entire order. She wss rude. When i called and ask for the manager she said her name was rodriguez. Because i was complaining about the service and the fact that i paid 9 dollars for a burgrr and received a wrong order she just hang up on me. Called back twice and no one pick up. Worse service ever.
Maybe it was too early in the morning for them? I’m not going to make excuses.The customer service was very lacking. They also appeared very unapproachable.I do appreciate them, giving me the key to go to the bathroom and cooking my food to order.The eating area could have been cleaned more. Since it was early may be it wasn’t cleaned before closing the night before, and wasn’t checked in the morning.

Bunch of unprofessional kids work here. Don't trust this place. Cashier Mitchell is very rude and needs to be fired. I was sitting at the drive through for 5 minutes and no one will answer to take my order. I drove up and MITCHELL was very rude and will not let me take my order. I will not be coming back to this garbage place who hire only kids with no customers service
