11/23 waited 15 mins to order a Big Fish, Pickle Fries, Cheese Tots & a Large Fry. As I leave the attendant in the window informs me next time to let them know about coupons first. I drive off & check my bag and missing cheese tots & large fry. I go back thru the drive thru for the manager to say yell at me “no I made everything, you’re not getting anything”. Okay no problem, go ahead and refund the entire thing & I’ll go to Checkers across the street. Very poor service & not friendly at all.

I hope the owner sees this. 10/31 your 24 hour burger king had employees and lights on and they were refusing to serve people.
There was only 2 people working there walking around with a rag trying to give the notion they they were cleaning. $28 for 3 medium whopper Jr meals is a rip off! Don't waste your time and money. I haven't been there in a while and now I remember why!

Sign on door says drive thru open 24 hours but when I get there to pick up an order there are workers talking outside. After going to drive thru and waiting, I pull up to the workers and ask about being open, they say "No closed" and start laughing at me

Only four employees for the restaurant and drive thru. Once I get in has to wait more than fifteen minutes for a simple whopper meal. The food was warm and the fries doesn’t taste good. I order a vanilla shake instead coke and was awful.I am very disappointed with this franchise it’s not the same as it was before. Shame on you.
