One would think they would let you know that they aren't serving shakes when you place the order and they charge you 4$!! Then to replace it with a spoonful of ice cream in a cup! This is the reason why I don't go to Burger King anymore! They need to just shut them all down! It shows in the service in every Burger King you go to unfortunately, Burger King has fall off and it's sad because your sandwiches are really good. wow I’m so happy that I came to here I usually go to bk everywhere in south Florida but this is the best one thank to this great employee name patria she was so calm happy and welcoming she help me with my food sinces my hands wear full with caring my toddler am so thankful for her kindness and I will definitely be coming here again thank you ☺️

I have never in my life been given cold chicken nuggets. The fries were hot, but the nuggets were cold. I don’t get it. Quality doesn’t seem to be their priority.Parking: Very trashy parking lot.

Now there are additional charges for cheese that part of the meal! Watch how they upcharge for their bottom line!! When it’s part of the package meal anyway! Thieves!!Drive thru employee doesnt understand english ,was rude and insulting, than thinking she was out of earshot with their window open, I heard her rude comments, cursinh in spanish about our online order , by the way, Im spanish and understood her. I think shes mad because she doesnt want online orders to go through drive thru, and wanted us to come in, I advised her we will not go in because the app gave us a choice and I didnt choose to go in. I asked for a manager she said go complaine online! Jessica needs new training, reprimands, new attitude and an attitude adjustment.

all of the older hispanic women here are absolutely horrendous. they had such a terrible attitude, the longest wait and absolutely no greeting through the drive through. just sat there for five minutes until someone acknowledged me. they’re rude and have absolutely no customer service whatsoever. i ordered no pickles and they put extra pickles. they’re out of ice cream so i asked for nuggets instead because it’s the same price and they said they could only do a hershey pie which was .30 more expensive, so it doesn’t make sense. they’re the reason why burger king is dying off and the reason why i will cry myself to sleep tonight.

I went at 12:45 sign and website says open until 2am. Went through the drive thru. Was greeted twice, no one came to the window, no one took my order. Count your mf’ing days, with my resources in the community, and relationship with other restaurants and franchise owners; your mediocre days are over. New owner and no restaurant we will see what happens first.

Even though Google says they close at 2 and the store has a sign stating the lobby closes at 10 and the drive thru at 12. When I came through at 9pm I was told by the employees the store was closed and I would not be able to complete my Uber order

We ordered takeout, the hamburgers were super bad, the meat was dry, they put us up to the stem of the lettuce, without sauce, the bread was not heated, cold, hard! We were super upset with the dinner, I don't know what's happening to them, they were the best in the chains.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, I believe this place should be or will be closing. I went today and there was 2 people working it. I tried the drive through and the lady told me to just come in bc there was no one for the drive-through I had to come around get out and walk in to order my food. 1 little lady with a bad attitude and 1 cook that was it.. the whopper I received was a hard patty and the fries were warm, the soda was the best item out of the order. I will not be coming here ever again. I work near by and I've seen how this place kept getting bad..
