Spending 10 minutes in line waiting for someone to take my drive through order is a great way to bankrupt a business. Saw many other cars leave because we weren’t moving at all. The one car at the window was just talking to the lady inside. Ridiculous.

Staff neglects customers; even with a mobile order ended up waiting over a half hour for my food and the food ended up being wrong anyway.

Quick service. Kind staff. The food was hot and we did not feel like we got served old food. This is one of the only Burger King's I would recommend in this area.

I ordered my whopper with no onions bc i am allergic to them

They messed my order up

And when they took my burger back to fix

I physically saw them just open the sandwich and took off the onions and gave me back the original burger instead of making a new one

They were out of some breakfast food before 10 am and in the evening it was a 45 minute wait. The sausage wasn't fully cooked.
The person who waited on us spoke so softly, they were difficult to understand. They looked irritated when they had to repeat questions.

So, I placed an order in the app while I was in the parking lot. When I was done placing the order I immediately drove up to the box. I gave the guy the order name. He said that I showed up too fast after ordering the food. So I need to go sit in the parking lot for another couple of minutes and then drive back up. Why would this be the case? If I were to have ordered at the box directly with the guy, he would have been getting the order at the exact same time it was coming out of my mouth and I still would have been able to pull up to the window. But because I ordered in the app and then immediately drove up to the box after ordering the food in the app, now I have to go sit in the parking lot for another couple of minutes before coming to the window? Even though if I would have ordered directly with him he would have been getting the order as it was coming out of my mouth? Make this make sense to me. This Burger King always has horrible service times. You'll sit there for 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru and there's only two cars in the drive-thru. But this is just absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a meal and asked for a water cup and they said it would be $3 and i’d have to pay for a fountain drink. Have never experienced that at any fast food restaurant in my life.

This specific location is severely unstaffed. The wait time is excessive and there seems to be a very stressful work environment for the night shift workers.

I don't really have complaints about the food quality, but they do seem to forget to place the condiments and such in the bag.

I really do hope that this location begins to improve due to the fact that it is centralized in a busy area.

This is by far the rudest fast food location I've ever been to. I placed an order for my wife at the counter for breakfast and waited for lunch and after dealing with the attitude we got from the woman, I decided to place my order for lunch on the app. I placed my order and waited 15 minutes then walked to the counter and asked to pick it up. She told me she didn't have my order and I placed it at the wrong place and shouted out their address at me. I showered her that my app matched that address and she said she didn't have it and walked away. I had to get the manager to get my food. Terrible service.

Waited in the drive through for over 10 mins with no service before going inside to even worse service. There’s no sense of urgency from the staff and waited in line inside for another 15 minutes before deciding to just leave. Won’t be back…

zero 2 frost

When I went to the drive-through, I ordered onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and a junior whopper. We're not tomatoes and a large Coke that catcher mix all that orders and I had to correct him 3 times where really ticks me off? Then, when I asked for a large Coke, he gave me iced tea, and you better believe it. I'm going over there and filing a complaint.
