The worst customer service in fast food ever seen, it can't be that you have to wait 20 minutes for a person to take your order when the restaurant is empty, almost begging for attention and the person serving at the front with a despotic attitude doesn't bother us He attended until we decided to leave. It's always the same story at that Burger King, if you don't want to have a bad time, don't go!!!

My entire lunch break was wasted here because the workers were slow, I'm not really sure what the issue was. The young lady at the register didn't seem to know what she was doing, they even had customers walk out that were waiting behind me. The food was still good but if you're on a time limit, I would avoid this Burger King.

Waited 30 mins in the lobby. They need more staff. They only seem to care about the drive thru.
I hope a regional manager sees this plea and fires the general manager at this store. Every single order I’ve made here has been wrong and the customer service is terrible. Surely this Burger King is failing because of it and this establishment would made a lot more money if they just replaced the terrible management here. The fact that this is the worst rated Burger King in the area should be a clear indicator that it’s time to make some changes.
