The night time workers definitely show their frustration that customers enjoy coming here. I understand cause it be busy and they work hard. I work 3 jobs and have to come here like 3 times a week and grab the kids a bite before I run to the next job. So I don't have time to COOK every single day! And we love the food here cause when yall make it yall be on top of yall stuff!!!! The food be fresh and hot !! We appreciate it !! But dang don't assume people don't cook! Yall don't know what anyone dealing with just like we don't know what yall dealing with. Yall are at work and just happen to be there when we order. But insulting people ain't it. At all. Blessings tho.

Go here only if you want to spend more money then you want. Christmas day, McDonald's was closed, so limited options. I ordered a Whopper and Orange Juice. The cashier upsold me to a meal, and apparently OJ upgrade cost more, so additional charge for that. I dislike Billion Dollar companies spending my money for me, it sucks. I won't be returning. This is my second Burger King review, another location that won't get more money from me. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER for an unasked for upcharge!!!!!
There was only one cashier for the dining and drive thru. 1 person was doing both. It took over 30 minutes to get our order. I felt bad for the cashier because she was doing everything by her self, both counter and drive-thru.

This location is horrible. The worst BK in the Orlando area. The ice cream machine had been broken for over a month. The employees, including management on duty, don't even greet the customers, etc. There is one older lady who works here who walks around with a smile. It definitely helps.

Things I paid for two eight piece chicken nuggets that y'all just blatantly didn't give and every time I call your phone is busy that is the poorest customer service I have ever had and you're sorry night crew is too scared to leave the phone off the hook so that nobody can call at night and complain about your sorry business
