The employee at the front greeted us and then returned to filling orders. Stood there for 10 minutes and started wondering if it was drive through only ? She then turned around and asked someone if they was here for pick up (the person was there before us and had to wait longer) and continued to act like we wasn’t standing there and went back to filling bags. The only reason I went was because my daughter wanted to eat here. Now she knows why I prefer to go elsewhere.

Twice in the last year I've been to this restaurant. I cannot give it a good mark went through the drive-thru both times received the wrong food both times. The last time we got food my partner became sick within 12 hours to the point of nausea. Will never go again. The shame of it is I worked for Burger King back in the '60s and it has gone straight downhill since the '70s

Today was my first time here and probably the last since I am not a local to this area. After seeing all the bad reviews, I was only stopping by to pick up my mobile order at the counter and would take it elsewhere to eat ir, but the staff was so friendly and the place was so clean that I decided to eat in. The food was greatly prepared. Kudos to the management.

I do remember a time and I didn't think it had changed that the tagline for Burger King was have it your way or something of that nature... Apparently asking for anything without a bun and putting it in a platter is a problem for this location. All Burger King locations if they're not going to take care of customers and make it a pill as an experience should just shut down all together. I love the food but I can't stand the service of most of these locations.
