I’ve been coming to this Burger King location once a month for breakfast and always received great service from Tammy — she’s friendly, professional, and usually holding the whole place down by herself.
Today was a completely different experience. The General Manager was extremely rude, condescending, and cut me off repeatedly while I was speaking. He even refused to give me the corporate number and didn’t complete my order. Another employee had to step in and agreed that his attitude was uncalled for.
It’s disappointing to see someone in a management role treat customers this way, especially when staff like Tammy set such a positive example. I will never return to this location again until management changes.

Burger King use to be the best it's usually not my first pick but because I can get in and out because there not busy. Food didn't seem fresh and to tired to go back. They also made two cars to back up so the timer would stop to make the numbers look good.

The staff was super professional and the manager was extremely nice but they actually went and got food for me that literally must have been made the day before because there was not one tiny bit of heat in that food the french fries were as cold as if they had saved them from the night before the chicken fries were horrible and ice cold the sandwich was not even remotely warm I had a pleasant experience with going in and paying for it and getting in my car and heading on my way I was in a rush to get to Orlando if I had noticed that the food was ice cold before I got to the traffic light I would have turned around I tried to call Burger King and when customer service answers the phone they said if you're calling to complain we don't want to hear it and they hang up on you now that was not the store mind you that was Burger King corporate and when you try to fill out a Complaint Form no matter what you say it will say we have detected profanity in your submission which there was no profanity that's just how they shut you down Burger King has just gone downhill and I would imagine that they're all about the clothes very soon unfortunately Burger King has become the most ghetto of any fast food in the history of the United States
