I’m writing this review because this is now my 5th time trying to make a DoorDash/UberEats order at this location and it was terrible someone actually told my driver they were closed after approving my order yet they give you time to not approve if there is for any reason an issue not wait until 2 drivers are there and say we’re closed smh crazy, 30mins waisted I had to end up calling support who tried to reach but they didn’t even get a ring luckily I could get my money back. But not only are they extremely slow, difficult and unreliable at their drive thru, but they are even worse working with delivery services. At this point I think this location should shutdown it’s just not worth it anymore because no one there actually tries to do their jobs. There’s no leadership and there is definitely no character of integrity within that building!

Long wait for food, employees absolutely do not care about the accuracy of your order - we ordered 3 cheeseburgers, 3 fries, one fountain drink and one chocolate shake. We were given 3 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and an Oreo shake. When I asked for the fountain drink and fries, the employee that took my order said “I put a cheeseburger in the bag” and I replied that I did not get the cup or fries. She handed me a cup and the fries, then when I got Diet Coke, it was terrible. When I finally got the correct chocolate milkshake, it looked like they pumped the Hershey chocolate syrup one time and didn’t blend (pictures attached). The entire location was empty, the bathrooms are locked and you have to request a key, the chairs are tearing and falling apart, the sign outside looks like it hasn’t been replaced since the 90’s from how sun bleached it is. McDonald’s is across the street - do better, Burger King.

They are often short staffed and out of common food items. The staff that are there are rude and often don’t want to substitute an item they don’t have that you've already paid for. The floor is always empty and year I was kept waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes.
They never want to change the coupons they send home. I went with my family and they told me that I could only change one and I went to another King burger and they changed them calmly without asking anything and in this burger they even sell you the sauces when those are free and In all of them they give me sauces except

Staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Wouldn’t let me finish my order via intercom and I had to pull around myself because they completely stop responding. Then when I asked what happen this grown lady that could definitely be someone grandmother wanna have an attitude rolling her eyes all because I asked if there was a reason why they didn’t let me finish my order. I’m a bank manager and I know that customer service is imperative to have a successful business. Hence why I didn’t fuss or fight with that worker I kindly requested my order to be cancelled and left. I refuse to have anyone that is so bothered and miserable by there place of employment to prepare any meal I consume.
