I was really disappointed with my visit. The food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, my burger was cold and soggy. The fries were undercooked, The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful when I asked for a fix. Honestly, I expected a lot more from a place with “Whopper” in the name. The line was long even though the place was half-empty. When I finally got my order, my burger was missing toppings and the fries were soggy. The staff didn’t seem to care.the soda machine was broken, and the seating area was messy

My friends and I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever seen at this location. We simply asked for the correct drink we ordered, and instead of helping us, the employee argued and criticized us about it. He actually challenged us, asking if we were “watching him pour it out” and kept asking “what color was it?” in a condescending tone — as if trying to prove we were wrong instead of just fixing the issue.

It was completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. We weren’t being rude — we just wanted what we paid for. The attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable, especially in such a busy, family-friendly place like CityWalk. Definitely won’t be coming back to this Burger King.

The cashiers are not rude, don’t listen to those old reviews. it’s called efficiency thanks to them we can get to shuttle on time. Be ready with your order and you’ll get it fast and hot. Twon was was great

not me tearing up in the whopper bar at citywalk — even the smallest of interactions just on property of a theme park. you start to see the brilliance and beauty of humanity. the interactions between not only staff and customer, but park goer to park goer … you see some of the most beautiful tear jerking moments. whether it’s the general manager remembering a customer from yesterday and making a point to bring it up in interaction with a smile, customers standing next to each other as they wait for food and complimenting each others outfits and chatting over their favorite fandoms. I felt so lucky to sit alone and realize that I wasn’t in fact alone, there were a bunch of kind and compassionate strangers around me who would care if I was having a good time too.. That is the beauty of going to a place like this, where magic and child like spirits are celebrated. As we all put on our Burger King hats like we were kids again, just for one day✨

I'm kind of like a shift lead at my job doing something nice for my peeps I ordered 20 sandwichs from Burger King. Mrs Shanetta( I hope that's her name) assisted me to the highest degree. Accommodating my order with accuracy and grace. Went so far as admiring my new tattoo and giving me something to wrap it up with before work. This is what customer service is all about- I know because I do this!!!! Hats off the Mrs Shanetta and and the Saturday morning crew!
