I don't understand the poor reviews. Sure, the menu is more limited compared to a standard Burger King but this Whopper Bar is not a bad option if you want something quick.

I enjoy a wide array of food, and enjoy my cheat meals at fast food places. We were curious what a whopper bar was… basically it just lets you choose toppings. This was just an over priced Burger King with slightly larger burgers. If you like love Burger King sure, this a cheap option in the area compared to everything else around.
I’m giving them a 3 because I’m being fair and comparing them to other fast food places and burger kings.

Place is absolutely terrible! Cashier couldn’t have been any more rude and even asked if I spoke English at one point because I didn’t understand him the first time. Not only were they rude but they got my order completely wrong. Do not eat here!!

Come on how do you mess up Burger King?The Atmosphere was crazy (in a good way) the lights the view oh my goodness!But the food my ok I just the fry’s are alright I guess and the service ummm….. The tables are messy the chairs are also.and the floor was full of food and garbage Over: the atmosphere is the only reason I didn’t put this lower UNLESS THE OWNER RESPONSES😊😊😊😊😊🐐🐐🐐

On November 6, I ate a burger at Burger King. However, I found something that seemed like a cow bone in the burger, and I almost damaged my teeth by biting into it. I reported it to an employee and asked to speak to the manager. When the manager arrived, she was wearing an AirPod in one ear and responded with a dismissive attitude as if asking, “So what?” We requested a refund, which we received, but no one apologized. The manager was a woman, possibly named Jessica (her name definitely started with a “J”). After the refund, she spoke to her staff in her native language (not English), which we couldn’t understand, adding to our discomfort. This was the worst experience we’ve had at Universal.
