When I inquired about it the rep told me the juice was an additional $1 and there was nothing he could do about it because the system auto adds it on. He looked at his manager and told she would tell me the same thing.If they are willing to grift parents with children, makes me wonder what other shady things they are doing to grift their customers.

This is the WORST place I've eaten in all of Universal City Walk and the parks. Due to being celiac, I always order without bun unless the place has a GF one. Normally it comes in a clam shell type case/box. Not here...no...they put the hot patty with cheese in the wrapper folded up. The cheese then stuck to the paper. They didn't have any forks or knives so I had to eat it with a spoon. The absolute only bad experience I've had at any of the restaurants. Up your game BK. I didn't not have it my way!

ABSOLUTELY disgusting nasty place. Trash all over the floor and dirty tables while workers do nothing but to look at their phones. Same goes to the panda express. How sad to see the level of quality going down the drain of what was once a great place. I noticed all the workers were afro americans so make your own conclusions.

I wish there was a negative rating. I have never been more disgusted in a restaurant. There was trash everywhere. All over the floor, the tables were disgusting. I walked in with my family, took one look around, I saw one person eating. So there was no reason for this. All of the employees just standing there. The absolute worst restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. Fortunately I got my family out of there very quickly.

Ridiculously expensive. I get it, its city walk, but when an 8 piece nugget is normally $3 it sends me through a loop seeing an $8 6 piece. Didnt get asked if we wanted a meal. So got no drink OR fries. Just unorganized, not a good place to eat. Might as well make a reservation for a nice place because you will spend the same amount if money. Dont waste your time. Ive had better BK in Oklahoma.
