Slow moving workers. No greeting. Long wait at desk to be attended and only 2 cars in drive thru. Witnessed them make a mistake on a drive thru order. No sense of urgency. Oh Well, I expected this coming to Burger King. This is why I tend to choose other options.

Franchesca is very helpful, always nice, & good excellent customer service. She’s really good being a cashier, there are a lot of places that care about the Drive-thru then the customers at the front desk, But she made sure I have my order(Top star employee☺️😇)
Elisiana is also helpful, I don’t remember if she spoke Spanish or not, but she was helpful towards my grandma

I visited this Burger King today and ordered a small combo meal that was clearly marked $8.69 on the menu board. However, when I paid, I was charged $9.49 before tax. When I asked about the discrepancy, the cashier told me that “the system shows this price” and they couldn’t change it.
This is misleading — customers should be charged the price that is posted on the menu. If the system is not updated to match the board, that is management’s responsibility, not the customer’s. I paid more than what was advertised, which is unacceptable.
I hope Burger King and this location take this issue seriously and correct either the system or the menu board. Transparency in pricing is the minimum customers should expect.
One of the few BK in Florida that really look clean and organized. Good customer service.

I was having a really rough day yesterday, it was long, stressful and just overall one of those days! My daughter and I were on our way to buy groceries at Wal-Mart and stopped at Burger King, which we never go to, but we were hungry and it was there. Daeyanna was patient with waiting for us to order and answered all my questions about the food and beverages we were asking about. We ordered two sandwiches and one cotton candy slushie for both of us. We took one sip of the slushie and decided we weren't sharing, in which I turned to Daeyanna who was extremely busy and I asked if we could bother her for another one, she responded sure and started making us another one, as I went to give her my card she said, it's on the house! I wanted to ball out crying because she had no idea what that little act of kindness did for me! Thank Daeyanna for being so kind and patient.

Went through the drive through and asked for NO sauce or mayonnaise. Got my food and it has Kings Sauce on it. They remade it and again sauce on it. Third time they got it correct.
