This is by far the worst NEWLY REMODELED Burger King in the world! I’ve been working in the area for about 6 months. Every single freaking morning when I go to order any menu item the cashier states sorry we don’t have syrup sorry we dont have ice coffee sorry we dont have ham sorry sorry sorry we dont have anything SMH! The cashiers say it with pride. PLEASE UPPER MANAGEMENT GO DO A INVENTORY!!!!! What a waste of money on remodeling. You’re not making any money during breakfast time.

Shoutout to the PHENOMENAL cashier on 2/8/2025 around 8pm. This woman was left ALL ALONE to run the entire restaurant due to understaffing. Evil people in line demanding ‘fresh’ fries holding everyone else up, but not her fault. True trooper. They need to staff the place better. The drive thru line after MegaCon was insane. People have to drive by to get to the turnpike. You know you will be busy.

I had the worst experience this was for delivery my food was burnt burgers hand the entire meal cold I spent 51.00 some change my entire order had to throw out reach out to Uber they said they have no control the quality to call Burger King I call no one picks up reach to customer service they the worst they were unable to help they lost my business and I will not recommend buying from here to anyone sane your money go else where ! I have my receipts proof was treated like crap !

Manager is very rude when talking with customers you need to be respectful I hope she has a better day. I don’t recommend coming to this place. Place is nice inside but just the bad service ruins everything .

Customer service was rude and disrespectful! They had a Spanish cashier, she said no English she did not speak any English but I heard her speak English to her co-worker! I walked out with disgust! I will not be eating at your restaurant until you correct this problem! I will be eating at your competitors restaurant

Stealing money off cards looked at my card to see why I couldn’t swipe again they had took 6 extra dollars off my card but my receipt says different

The drive-thru speaker is in poor audio condition. I had to pull up to the second window to place my order, which resulted in me having to refer to the menu on my phone. When speaking to the attendant, she had difficulty understanding me because she was eager to end my order instead of asking me, "Can I get you anything else?" To add insult to injury, they still messed up my order. No wonder they're hiring.

They close at midnight it's 1130 when I get there. Ordered my food and got to the window to pay and wanted a milkshake. Their response oh it's already in cleaning mode. Well after getting my order and pulling away I grab a fry and apparently everything had been in cleaning mode because the fries felt and tasted like they been under the heat lamp for hours. Same as the sandwich. Nothing but a paycheck to them people.

The restaurant was generally clean, and the food was okay. However, the cashier seemed upset, which made the experience less pleasant. Also, there was no soap in the bathrooms, which raises hygiene concerns. Please ensure soap is available for proper handwashing, especially for employees handling food.
