They don’t want to work milkshakes machine been down for awhile they don’t fix nothing an there food comes out like shit they need better employees an they don’t know how to talk to people
The manager needs to be fired he is a clown 🤡 feels like he needs to lock the drink machine he should be ashamed of himself no wonder their going out of business.

I love burgerking, but this establishment never fails to disappoint me. Waited for 12 minutes to be attended, no one in sight. I look into the kitchen, and all the workers are sitting in the office on their phones. I call out, and finally, they decide to come and help. After taking my order, I mentioned I dont want ketchup and the lady who was making my burger stops and gives me a nasty look before remaking my burger??? She didnt even wait for me to finish ordering before starting the burger. I asked for a milkshake and was told that the ice cream machine is down. It's been down for weeks.

Stood in front of the register for 10 minutes waiting to order with employees right in front of me working and nobody felt like taking my order. I asked the guy if anyone’s is gonna take care of me, he looked back didn’t say a word and turned right back around to keep working. Went to the drive through and the food was horrible. All the food tasted old and cold.

I went there and we were standing in line, nobody wanted to take care of us. We stayed there for 10 minutes and had to leave because the employees AND manager looked at us and still didn’t take care of us.

FOOD IS STALE, SPEND 30$ AND HAD TO THROW AWAY THE FOOD, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Always quick to try to run you through drive thru, always out of items, and if you try to order through uber eats they will cancel on you over and over Even if it is 30 minutes before breakfast time ends.
