I’m taking the time to write this even though I was never asked by staff here. Just wanted to let’s other know my experience this location. I come here all the time when I’m craving whoppers and I tell you, if you want that commercial level packaging and taste? Come to this one. They consistently make and package** the meals fresh and just with care. At least that been my outcome here and I’ve been here sporadically but very often. Thank you Burger King S.Orange

Place was clean and service made me feel as tho I owned the place. Can't speak for the next man's experience but will definitely come here again.

Worst service for a place that has no traffic. Drive-thru is non existing.
The bun my sandwich came with wasn't the usual. The taste was bad and it fell apart before I could finish it. Don't know why, just won't be going back.

I strongly advise against eating here. My daughter wanted to try the limited-time offerings, so we decided to visit for the first time. The staff was rude when handing over our food, and despite requesting fresh items, what we received was not fresh at all.
I also noticed missing items from my order. When I pointed this out, the employee raised their voice and demanded I return the fries I hadn’t even realized I wasn’t charged for them. I had asked the cashier to add fries, but they weren’t listed on the receipt so I handed them back. When I mentioned this, I overheard disrespectful comments in Creole, which I understood.
Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. You’d be better off eating at McDonald’s than coming here. If you see a staff member named Jean, I recommend asking for a refund; if he doesn’t want to work, he shouldn’t be there.

REALLY BAD SERVICE, I went toy buy a meal and use the restroom, they ignore me and let me waiting for a long time, I couldn’t order and either use the restroom, they are worried about drive thru service and it was like 6 people waiting for service at the counter. Really really BAD customer service

Horrible service I was driving thru and when received my meal today on 10/22/2024 the man from the window who gave me food started to scream asking to leave asap but. But no car was behind me. I am afraid he is on drugs or smth not normal with him. Burger King management please pay attention on your staff they should properly treat their customers!
