I ordered through the app to pick up at the counter. I get there and the doors to the restaurant are locked , forcing everyone to go through the drive thru. At this point there's a6 car line waiting to place their order. When it's my turn, they can't find my mobile order and ask me what I ordered to pay for it again.. not! I show them my order and tell me they don't have oreo shakes. 10 minutes later they give me my order with a vanilla shake.. why is BK doing so bad ??

The ladies that work drive thru lately have been fabulous! So sweet and kind. They even talk to my dog for a second and make my dogs day, she want to say hi to everyone, and they always give her that hello she wants. The food was hot and fresh as well.
