This Bk is a disaster. Went to redeem my T Mobile whopper. You have to order via the app. I tried but since their app shows the store closed it would not accept the order. Went inside and saw the manager, Jonathan. He is totally incompetent and belligerent. Refused to do anything to make it right. He is the manger, he should have done something. I asked, can't you honor the T mobile offer since your app has an error, he response. No nothing I can do, not will I do anything for customer satisfaction. I felt like I was in an episode of Mad TV's bon qui qui skit.

Shut it down. It's amazing how corporate lets this place stay open. They advertise their hours to open at 6:00am. You're lucky if the place opens before 7:30. Often either missing items or something is broken. I've given up on this place.

Worst Burger King location on the planet, just waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for a fruit punch. Just tear this place down to be honest. Has to be the absolute laziest workers ever.

Consistently the worst BK I've ever been to. Pregnant and constantly craving Burger King but after giving them chance after chance and being disappointed every time I've decided it's literally not worth it. I would normally never review a fast food place but they're so exceptionally bad that I feel like it's necessary to make it known that it's better to save your money and go elsewhere. The food is terrible, the service and attitude is even worse.

They were not taking orders at the drivethru speaker. Instead, you had to pull up to pay window (after waiting for all the other cars in front of you to slowly place and receive their orders at pay window). This significantly increased the wait time to get food. To make matters worse, the chicken nuggets were so well done they looked and tasted liked burnt hockey pucks.

Staff needs replacement. Order was all wrong/ cashier was refusing to give receipt ended up having to look it up in the garbage/ several items missing after verification of the bag / dissatisfaction all together. At the end a good Whopper is the goal.

Floor was sticky like someone drop a soda and never was clean. Soda machine were empty. They didn't have shakes or sundays. Won't come back.
Worst burger king ever my wife would rather drove further to 50 just not to come to this one...dirty kid says good morning what can I get yoi with attitude....came laste week to get breakfast bacon king didn't know what it was..it's on the menu...1 week later I order it...he says we have the sauce it's here but I couldn't find it so it's not available...I doubt they even wash their hands...only going to the one on 50 from here om out....they need to get someone else opening here for sure don't know about lunch but if they let it run like this I doubt it's any better....here's a pic

I like this location drive-thru Burger King. Definitely friendly. And also tasty burgers with great fries. Freshly served food makes a little waiting all the worthwhile. I highly recommend this Burger King.
