This is the second Saturday that I have come through this particular Burger King. Had my order taken right away was met at the window by Melissa who is a general manager. What a pleasant person. And even though I knew she was not supposed to be there, she didn't complain about it. What a pleasant visit to Burger King. She gets 5 stars

Night shift operations at this location are broken. On Dec 27, 2025 around 10:15 PM, I waited nearly 40 minutes in the drive-thru behind only two cars. That’s not a rush—that’s poor management.
After the wait, the food quality was unacceptable. The Whopper was overloaded with mayonnaise and inedible, and the cheeseburger appeared reheated rather than freshly prepared.
Management needs to address staffing, training, and execution immediately. I have proof of purchase if needed.

(Visited from UK) Staff friendly, store extremely empty, local crazy person outside, drinks machine dripping syrup all over the floor so everything was just soda water. Food was nice tho. Nicely priced.

This Burger King has a fun retro 50's vibe with shiny chrome, bright colors, and that nostalgic diner feel. The restaurant itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a completely different story. It was so bad I wouldn’t have used it unless absolutely necessary (and even then, I regretted it). If they can bring the restroom up to the same standard as the rest of the restaurant, it’d be an easy five stars.

Lionel the cashier was really rude and disrespectful to my husband. We get the same order every time we go to this Burger King and he said that we couldn’t do it so my husband asked to talk to the manager, but if you don’t know how to treat customers you shouldn’t work there. It’s really sad how people are to customers.

I've been here twice but today was not cool. They need an English speaker on the front counter. I wanted to try the cini minis and they don't have icing. Common sense would be to inform your customers before they buy the item. They were unable to switch my cini minis for a Hershey cake so I will not be back to this location
