They didn't have kids meal toys, and didn't say anything. Went back in to get the toys only to be told they were out. DON'T SELL KIDS MEALS IS YOU CAN NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER!!! The most incompetent people work in fast food, they can't compete orders yet they want to make a living wage.

If the employees move any slower, they're walking backward. Sloths are more athletic. There's hardly anything to do, but I've been waiting here for 25 minutes for two burgers!! In that time, I'll drive to Walmart and make myself a burger. One star is too many for these employees.

This was after a 10 min wait at front counter with no wait. Whoever is working at 11:00 am on Saturday morning July 26 2025 should be fired immediately.

Wow! Where do I begin? As a British person, I’m used to poor customer service, but here in the USA, the service like everything else is larger than life, but not here at Burger King on International Drive, especially if you’re served by Tiana, well, when she eventually drags her attitude laden self to the cash desk!! Flanked with attitude, on giving back the change, it was simply met with “here”!! Waited nearly 20 minutes for two simple meals! The food was somewhat lackluster, like the service and cold, like the service! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere! The overall restaurant was dirty too!
She asked us to wait at the first window for a moment. After almost 6 minutes of waiting we pulled up. Manager immediately had an attitude telling us that she said to wait not pull up. Than proceeded to tell us she could've gave us cold hashbrowns. She is not a customer service driven Manager and I really don't understand how she holds the position she does.
