On Monday night, from 7 to 9, a guy helped me at the cashier, he was dark-skinned, had a beard, and spoke a little Spanish. He treated me very well, very pleasant and friendly. A reward for him!

Was super slow service and have waited for 20 mins for two whoppers and one doesn’t have those fried pickles as promised in my sandwich. This was fried pickle ranch whopper but where are my fried pickles? Only thing I see is some crumb shits. Maple bourbon I ordered and they gave Mexican street corn. Horrible brand. Always wrong items. Last bk no more!!!!

Old lady working the drive through at 5:30 on November 29 was the rudest person I've encountered, most horrible customer service refused sauce and then she tried saying I couldn't pay for it when I bought two full meals and received a no sauce at all only if we got chicken nuggets . So rude and I work in restaurants and would NEVER have this type of environment in my place talking to customers the way she is so comfortable doing . Id seriously consider reviewing her conduct including her also saying she stated "yeah I've been waiting for you to order". So rude !

They don't serve fast, the service is very slow, I spent around 20 minutes waiting for them to serve me, the drink is rubbish, they don't have gas, the drink machine doesn't work, bolshit.

We were going to go order food through the drive thru, but my son had to use the restroom first, so he went in but needed a key, when he went to ask for the key they said he couldn't use it unless he was going to buy something. Like are you freeking serious!! First of all there was no sign stating that and also it's a "restaurant" so I don't know what the problem was by him using the bathroom! Disgusting behavior of them!! The management team should be ASHAMED OF THEM SELVES TO NOT ALLOWED A CHILD TO USE THEIR RESTROOM!!! WISH I COULD GIVE IT A BIG FAT ZEROOOOOOO!!!!!
