I have been coming here for years. Since I was a little kid and fun and Wheels was located behind it..Today the drive-through was closed for some reason so I went inside to grab a pick up order and the young lady behind the counter was extremely friendly so was the manager. Order number 65 Thursday, March 21. Food came out extremely hot very quick and Service was very friendly. it’s good to see that. There’s a few Burger King left that actually have customer service or a lot of others have failed.

Slow in drive thru so went inside waited saw other complaining about their order so walked out. Dirty slow and no priority on service experience. These franchises just don't appear to care and then cry victim when they end up closing claiming staff fault. Hire better staff they are available you just need manage your manager and pay appropriately

Just came through drive thru and manager as she stated working at 8:00 amVer rude and nasty to customersStating she has do do this **** all the time and don’t have time to deal with people like us with our coupon codes as they clearly state they are open for breakfast
This place was awful. We are from out of state and wanted something to eat after driving 16 hours. We had kids with us. Lady working register was nice but seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. The play place was closed. The soda machine had nothing but coke and Dr Pepper, not even water. The bathroom was locked every time an employee went in even though there are multiple stalls. They forgot 4 things from our order and anything fried was clearly done so in old, dirty oil.

I've been here twice, and the decor is fun but both times the food has taken forever and has been cold. It never seems to be crowded, despite being on I-Drive. Make of that what you will. There's too many other options nearby to make the mistake of eating here a third time.

I would write this review on the food but the staff refused to serve me. They rudely exclaimed they couldn't hear me and made ordering too much of a hassle leaving me no choice but to leave empty handed. They also claimed items shown as available on their app are not available.
