Even with a screen on front to take the orders they find the way to mess the food. No pickles. Pickles on food. Cold fries. Ask 2 times for my soda and nobody responds, just a joke those persons

They have a very inconvenient rule where you're not allowed to upgrade your order at the pay window. I needed an additional item before paying my order and they asked me to drive around again or park and order inside. After talking to management, the guy confirmed the same absurd rule. This restriction is not only detrimental to business (yes, they're basically denying additional business) but it's also an inconvenience to customers.

Why would they want to lose business for pennies. I bought a sandwich and they wouldn't give me tap water, but would sell me bottled water. That's cheap and not very smart for business...

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I came in with my boyfriend and we decided to walk in to order the SpongeBob collab meal. Nobody was at the front counter but we stood and waited patiently. A whole 15 minutes later, nobody had talked to us or even the couple that had been in front of us since we got there. We decided to go through the drive through. After we paid they said the drink we ordered still had to freeze and asked us to pull around to the front and they'd bring our food to us. 10 minutes later, nothing. So we walked back inside. The couple that had been in front of us was STILL INSIDE and the lady was reasonably mad and upset. Once the lady behind the counter (although she was kinda hidden behind the wall and not talking to the customers) had finally talked to the lady, she did not seem to care at all that she was upset. Other people had also gone in and were having issues (one person's receipt had been printed completely blank and they were missing items, and another lady had waited over 10 minutes just for some sauce). We finally spoke to the lady (who once again did not seem to care about anyone) and said we were waiting on our food. Apparently it had just been sitting there because she just brought it to us immediately and sent us on our way. This whole experience took 45 minutes.

Do NOT come to this Burger King. As someone who likes Burger King, go to the one on International Drive instead. The staff here (including the manager evidently) do not care about ANYONE and we had to wait almost an hour for a sub-par meal.

I asked for no pickles on my fish sandwich at the time I ordered. Ican tell that my fish sandwich must've already been prepared. The sandwich was room temperature and I could taste the pickle on the sandwich. They took the pickle off the sandwich. The chicken sandwich was room temperature as well. I had cheese added to both sandwiches and the cheese didn't melt. The sandwiches were over priced. I paid nearly $27 for 2 sandwiches, large onion rings that were room temperature and a drink. However, the cashier was polite. I do not recommend this location in the late evening

We have gone to several burger kings and we're not able to use the apps due to not working correctly. We waited an average of 10 minutes to order because the were filling the app orders and drive thru. Not taking our order.

If I could give more stars a would. An elderly couple came in and looked a little intimidated by the kiosk. The manager came out and offered to take the order. The shy women said it’s ok we came for pancakes. The manager came out and told her she would make them for her. Best customer service I’ve seen !! Great Job BK !!!

I went with my dad the Last weekend. The staff is very friendly but we hat to wait 25 minutes for eat. The hamburger and the other food is delicious . The place is very quiet and its no dirty. I recomend if you don't wait.
