I went through the drive-through today at 10:10 AM to get my normal dbl whopper With cheese, only mayonnaise and ketchup and lettuce. Today I made the mistake and forgot to mention that I only wanted mayonnaise ketchup and lettuce, and the manager was so nice to offer a cinnamon minis today. After I pulled up to the window, I explained to the manager that I made a mistake and did not tell her that I wanted only mayonnaise ketchup and lettuce, and I was met with a terrible attitude, All I want was for her to change the sandwich $21 is a very steep price for a sandwich and a drink nowadays I didn’t think it would be such a big deal for me to change The sandwich. She told me that it would be inconvenient for her line that I should go inside. I went inside and tried to explain the situation and I was met with a very rude attitude and frustration because I wanted my sandwich done the right way. She started speaking in Spanish to the coworkers, so I wouldn’t understand what they were talking about, I understood everything they were talking about in Spanish. It was very rude and I’m polite and I probably will not come to this location again. I think for a company like Burger King to lose $63 a week from me As one customer is a major hit I hope you guys can do something about this unprofessionalism.

Not sure how people can be bad at working fast food but whoever was working 9/10 night shift should write the book on how to suck. Waited 20 minutes for them to give my food to someone else. When I asked for a refund they reached in the drawer and gave me $15 and walked away.

Went to get a burger on 9/9/2025, a little black dude was working the mic, cashier and brought our burger out to us after waiting. Even though the place was busy, he was polite, quick and even accommodated my carnivore diet burger modification request. I joked with my wife that i think he is running the whole store. Definitely an assett to bk qnd he even remembered napkins. Dude deserves a raise.

Don't even bother with drive thru, to keep their drive thru numbers where corporate wants it to be they tell everyone to pull around front and they'll bring the food to them. Why not just do curbside then?

Ordered food and they all acted like they all hate their job. Never seen a staff so rude. Then they forgot an item after acting like that, which I’m pretty sure was just out of spite. Had to come back for it. Didn’t give my receipt back either just kept it after said and done. Great staff you have should retrain your night crew

We came in just before noon. We were looking forward to having the BBQ beef brisket burger. We ordered on the kiosk only. Few minutes after placing the order, we were told they don't have those burgers. We were repeatedly asked to order other burgers. But we have Burger King in Canada and cheaper. The only thing we didnt have is the BBQ beef brisket burger so I demanded a refund. After some time, they did give me. But disappointed that their system allowed me to order something they didn't have. It was also on their display board though there's a little almost unreadable footnote that they don't have it yet. They should have that on the kiosk too to avoid the unnecessary debacle.

I ordered 2 fries and both of them no joke smelt and tasted like a public bathroom. I looked it up and it said could be possibly old oil being used and that’s what gives the smell and taste. Hopefully they fix this problem, other than that the place looked clean and the people were okay.
