I’ve never been in a Burger King, or any retail outlet, where the customers are so completely ignored. The Spanish speaking employees don’t acknowledge your existence, even if you want to order in person instead of at a kiosk. Our order (which was placed on the counter without calling out our order number)was incorrect as was that of two others while we were there. It was then that we discovered that their English speaking capabilities were minimal. Our onion rings were disappointedly cold and soggy. Don’t; just don’t.

This was a drive through order #69 10/10/24 I received an excellent service from an African American lady I can't remember her name ,I drove to the second window the guy that was there was little bit rude but she stepped in and was very nice took my payment made sure my order was complete food was perfect paid in cash my change was perfect, she has an amazing costumer service and I appreciate her treating me w respect.

The restaurant looks fantastic and has obviously been remodeled. The charm stops there. On a Sunday morning when more people go out to breakfast, they were out of biscuits, at least one of the fountain drink options didn't work, the bacon was almost raw, and the coffee was luke warm and bitter. Fortunately, we were on vacation, just passing through, and don't have to come back here again. Good luck with the future of this location.
Staff was very friendly some of the ppl I traveled with they didn't speak English and the girls at the cash were kind to speak Spanish to them ,, it was almost midnight and the service was quick .. Clean location 👍

Buffalo chicken wrap was ok, but it seemed kind of small, but when I bit into it, I tasted something a little bit sus. Service was good, food came out quickly. The only downsides were the Neo-Nazi’s out front, but they were just packing up, but there was a random guy sitting out front and randomly mumbling and he had no food.

Order was incorrect. A sandwich with no tomato should not be hard to make if the person taking the order gave a damn about keying it correctly or even being in the building. Employee had a lousy attitude the entire time. Of 3 orders I saw in the store all three including a drive-thru order was incorrect. Don't bother going to BK on Colonial near Alafaya.
