Worst BK ever. Didn’t get part of my order I paid $27 for. Food was stale like it was made a long time ago. Nearly choked on how dry it was, like cat food

On August 28, 2025, at 9:40 PM, I experienced the worst service at Burger King. I waited in front of the register for 5 minutes while there were six people in front of me, and none of the staff even bothered to take our orders. They seemed incredibly lazy, even when it came to processing our food.

I usually don’t like to complain, but this was unacceptable. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was completely inedible. The lettuce was old and rotten, the chicken was soggy and tasted like it had been fried hours ago. I told the staff member at the counter, and she just took the bag without saying a word. I wish I had taken a picture to show how bad it was, but I was so upset that it didn’t even cross my mind. Very disappointing experience.

Cross contamination, in an airport is very dangerous. Firstly the service, terrible, sever clearly doesn’t want to be there and is not taking notice of orders. Lady in front of me asked for bacon on her burger, I did not. My order had bacon, hers did not. The soda fountains had no ice and flowed carbon water, no soda. Burgers were cold. Fries were hot but onion rings were mixed up in there. Lack or care from staff means that someone allergic to onions or bacon could be deadly. AVOID. Also getting on a long haul flight after eating this undercooked rubbish is a risk!!!

Congratulations Burger King Orlando Airport – I didn’t think it was possible to make a Whopper taste like a tax write-off. Cold food, flat drink, service slower than TSA, and fries that were the only thing vaguely alive. My dog eats better scraps out of the bin. Zero stars. A masterclass in cashing in on weary travellers – eat here only if you’ve completely given up on joy, taste, and dignity.

I was disappointed because this is the 2nd airport in Florida I order Burger King from and I specifically tell them I want a whopper OB FRESH & well done. That’s means overly cooked fresh out the oven. How hard is that? Now I ate an uncooked whopper and ima get on the plane and feel sick just because they don’t prioritize our orders and make sure what we request and pay for isn’t being done. Nobody listens to the customers anymore. It’s just collect money and give them what ever. I spent $40 on junk. This is legit pink. I need a refund!

Burger was cold, dry and chewy and had cheese when i ordered without. Chicken is awful quality and tastes like it’s been microwaved. Took 20 minutes to receive our order despite it not being busy. Don’t bother

The food is always cold it’s never fresh and it always takes a really long time… I been working at this airport for 12yrs and after Covid the food has been TERRIBLE!!! Never right and always cold… I wish hms host would take the company more seriously and have better service and food quality.

So whilst waiting for over 30mins for .y order to be completed due to them getting it wrong. I count 1 out of 3 orders were wrong.

Wow, everyone working there felt dead, they did not want to be there. There was a guy waiting 10 min for a fry they missed. The lady taking my order did not have any politeness. Took about 30 minutes for my order to be brought out, even though it was sitting in the chute for a good chunk of time. All the workers were moving as slow as possible, no efficiency. Got an extra fry, and rest of my food was meh and lukewarm. Used to be a very good spot but now has just got super bad, only decent place to go to for a meal at airside 4.

Worse than expected and I do not expect much from BK. I had breakfast and the hash browns were obviously cooked in the same fryer as the french toast sticks. They taste like french toast and not like potatoes at all. The croissanwich was dry and lukewarm. The person filling the orders into bags took close to two minutes to fill one cup of coffee. Not a smile on anyone.

On July 13, 2025, I was at Burger King in the Orlando airport for dinner, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The employee working at the time (a woman) was extremely rude and dismissive. I simply asked to add tomato to my sandwich, and she refused because they were about to close. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely lacking in basic customer service. If someone is not willing to treat customers with respect, they shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role. Very disappointing experience.

Awful service got the order mixed up 2x didn’t get right order in end went without onion rings. Chips white and cold burger cold with so much sauce it was dripping out the burger…. They had too many orders on the go.
