I liked the food and service. It was very crowded and the queue was long, but the staff were doing their best to serve you fast. They weren’t obnoxious or anything. I liked the fries they were yummy.
There was an older black gentleman today calling the numbers and giving the food to the customers. The man needs a raise or some kind of recognition. The guy had one of the best attitudes in a fast food environment I’ve seen in a while. Tons of people, he handled it great and with a great personality. Also a bonus here, it’s not any more expensive here than in a stand alone store.
Wasn’t sure how to go about praising the person at the counter her name being KerryAnn(or maybe Carrie Ann). Although being an airport fast food restaurant, it was a very pleasant experience except for the crowd and the computer messing up orders. This employee was the friendliest and seemed to care about each and every customer. I know she must encounter some horrible people but she kept a smile the entire time and accommodated everyone in a very polite and efficient manner....
