Worst BK in the area. I rather drive a little more to Golden Rod one instead to interacting to such inconpetence. I once got there being the only customer and I passed the order window by mistake, and even of being the only person there, they yet made me do the whole round instead of just taking the order in the window. They always have super bad attitude and will do always the lease for you, I once asked for an additional BBQ package on an order of 5 combos, and they just did not bring it. 5 COMBOS, what a waste of time, I had to get down my car and ask for it. Never again to Narcoossee BK. A waste of time. You don't rule there. Sure, they will bring 10 free crowns but not 1 free BBQ packet. LOL.

Unfortunately, all the one star reviews are correct. This is a low-end fast food burger joint that serves low-quality food with sub par service in a dirty location. Restaurant Brands International should step it up and focus on better quality, service for the restaurants within their portfolio.

Got breakfast to go here. Was good but nothing special. They dont have an muffin bread sandwhich its mostly croissants. They did have an omlete on a hoagie roll kind of bread which was pretty neat.

I ordered through the app and they didn't care about my take out order. Like didn't call out the order number/name and just left the food in their kitchen table (made the food get cold). How will customers be able to pick up their order?? If you don't put it on the pick up countertop (meaning it's ready) or call the name/order #.

I ordered 4 items tonight and two items were correct. I never got one item and had to return to the building to get one. I told the girl at the drive thru that it usually costs $10 and my bill was $8. She said I had everything. I won’t be returning anytime soon! Also there is a homeless man hanging out in the parking area most of the time. Not safe for a lady alone.

This BK needs new owners. No one seems to care. They spent so much money on a remodel. I had the original chicken sandwich. You can tell the dropped my fries and the sandwich itself back in the fryer trying to make it seem fresh.

The driver service is extremely terrible. Are you coming to pick up an order? Do they look at you or talk to you? I ignore you, they should improve that aspect for better functioning.
