At 9:15, I tried to pick up an order, but the door was locked and the store it’s supposed to close at 11. The staff said we could only use the drive-thru, which was delayed because two cars were returning orders, and three more cars were waiting. When we got to the window, we asked why the door was locked, and one employee rudely raised his voice and gave us an attitude. When we asked again, he said it was due to a staff shortage, even though the manager was in the back on his phone. We weren’t the only ones upset—a lady with her baby was also annoyed because she couldn’t get inside.

Never have iced coffee, milkshakes, sundaes or anything in stock no matter what time you go. Google says they're open now (Xmas Eve) but I go there and drive thru is closed and sign on the door says "store is closed until further notice." Terrible store. I am not the only one leaving a poor review about this location. .
(Update) Much better inside and outside with new renovations. Still out of biscuits in the morning the last 2 times going here.

They would rather talk than work. Guess Burger King needs to do what McDonald's did with a kiosk to replace lazy workers. Waited about 23mins for them to make the new milk shake.

Pulled up 30 minutes til close on a Sunday night to find no one answering the drive thru, waited for 10 minutes, pulled up to the window, a ghost town, no one there. Pull up to the front of the building and I can see the workers hiding in the back. What a terrible location.
This Burger King is terrible! The quality of the food is very bad. It is not the usual meat that characterizes the franchise. The potatoes looked old and the vegetables tasted funny. I didn't even finish eating. Zero recommended! It is preferable to drive a little further to go to another one or go to McDonald's 🙃

Came at 10:45. Says they close at 12, Drive thru and inside were closed. This Burger King is a joke to the franchise seriously. Also workers are extremely rude!!! Honestly just shut this location down. Could use something better in the area anyways. Waste of space of an establishment.

I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from a burger. I ate here yesterday. I'm still dealing with it today. At least the fries were hot and fresh and tasted pretty good. The staff was also pretty friendly.
I don't love giving bad reviews, but I really don't love having an experience like that and not sharing it with the rest of the community. After reading some of the other reviews, the owners really need to give this place some love or it's just going to shut down again.
Update: No response is telling after mentioning food poisoning, which I'm still dealing with 4 days later. Dropped to one star. Maybe they'll respond to an official complaint to the local government.
