Just tried placing an order here and the service is atrocious. After placing a simple order at the drive through for a double cheese burger with xtra pickles, that I wanted hot of the grill and no microwave, the lady at the mic literally cursed saying that I was annoying her. Terrible service.

😱 OMG! It's been ages since we've been to Burger King and sorry to say we won't be going back. We ordered from the drive thru. The shock factor of a $27.00 charge was unbelievable! We had been asked to come to the second window without being given a total. The staff members were very nice but holy 🐄 cow. We ordered two cheeseburger Whopper medium meals. A $1.79 upcharge for a slice of cheese!!!! Plus the burgers were lukewarm and the onion rings were soggy. We didn't want to complain because the workers were so nice and we didn't want to be a Karen. Needless to say, we won't be going back. Goodbye to memories of taking my family to BK for a quick meal.

I went to pick up food for my mom, but the food came out fast and the ginger dude at the drive thru was pretty so id say it was a great fast food experience.

If I could give them a zero star, I would the app and rewards program is awful and the food is horrible. Also at 7:30 PM the front of the store was closed. They forced you to go through the drive-through.

Hands down to Burger King in Florida! 🍔✨ My husband Larry said the food was amazing! He even joked that y’all need to come to Missouri and teach them how to make a Whopper like that! 😂
He couldn’t stop talking about how great the environment and atmosphere were — real good vibes all around. 🙌🏽 The food and service were so good that we had to stop back by and grab another one on our way home!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.FIRST OF ALL I ordered an online pickup order and had my mom grab it for me it was two meals and a Extra drink.Never got the extra drink then tried calling I called 8 times as they alway mess up my order no answer so then I go to bite into my burger little do I know there’s a hair and it has tomatoes witch there was suppose to be nun ….DO BETTER PEOPLE STOP BEING LAZY
This BK is the closest to home. My favorite burger . This place has come a long way since they changed management. Happy to come here

Worst BK in the area. I rather drive a little more to Golden Rod one instead to interacting to such inconpetence. I once got there being the only customer and I passed the order window by mistake, and even of being the only person there, they yet made me do the whole round instead of just taking the order in the window. They always have super bad attitude and will do always the lease for you, I once asked for an additional BBQ package on an order of 5 combos, and they just did not bring it. 5 COMBOS, what a waste of time, I had to get down my car and ask for it. Never again to Narcoossee BK. A waste of time. You don't rule there. Sure, they will bring 10 free crowns but not 1 free BBQ packet. LOL.

Unfortunately, all the one star reviews are correct. This is a low-end fast food burger joint that serves low-quality food with sub par service in a dirty location. Restaurant Brands International should step it up and focus on better quality, service for the restaurants within their portfolio.
