Burger King

Absolutely disgraceful service. Rude, slow and unhelpful staff. No care or courtesy - absolutely terrible. All of the other customers around me felt the same. Avoid!!!

On July 13, 2025, I was at Burger King in the Orlando airport for dinner, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The employee working at the time (a woman) was extremely rude and dismissive. I simply asked to add tomato to my sandwich, and she refused because they were about to close. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely lacking in basic customer service. If someone is not willing to treat customers with respect, they shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role. Very disappointing experience.

I recently visited Burger King in Florida and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The burger was served cold, and to make matters worse, the patty tasted stale, as if it had been sitting around for a while. The overall quality of the meal was far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Burger King. I left the restaurant feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return anytime soon. I hope they improve their food quality and service to match the brand’s reputation.

Definitely a nice little bit of comfort food while traveling. Workers really crank out food fast given the work load. I appreciate it. Merry Christmas.

Witnessed a male employee use the restroom (#1), didn't wash hands and went right back to stocking the cooler in front of the counter.

OMG IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE WITH ZERO STARS IT’S WHAT THIS PLACE DESERVES. Slow service! And I mean snails pace slow. By the time I got my food it was cold and tasteless. Avoid this place unless stress and poor customer experience is your thing.

Don't eat, I had to go to the hospital because your food caused a stomach virus and I still have it. I haven't been able to eat well for a week.

Waited in line for 30 min and then another 15 for them to make my food. Whole time thinking at least my food would be fresh. How??? How do you make OLD fries and a soggy whopper jr when I had to wait for it. The line was huge and not one worker in the place moved with a sense of urgency. It actually became amusing watching them move like sloths. If it weren’t for that and the refillable Diet Coke, I would have been ticked. Only ate 1/2 my burger and two cold, old grease tasting fries, but at least I had plenty of Diet Coke and a show.

Seriously, if I could give zero stars then I would. There was a queue of maybe 12 people in front of me and without a word of a lie, every single order had something wrong or missing from it. I get this won’t put people off using it as your options are limited but just be prepared for a nightmare when you do. As for the staff…holy crap they’re rude. And useless.

I waited in this line just like everyone else but when it is my turn the lady at the register totally ignored me to help the white lady behind me. Despicable

Went here because it was familiar and we had a coupon. It was busy but they were running both registers and slowly but surely was getting food out.

I heard the guy call my number but by the time I cut through the sea of hungry travelers and asked if they called my number, they just said not yet. After a while, and looking intensely at their operation, I saw that they put my order on this shelf instead of recalling them after a bit. So they lied to me because they didn’t want to spend the 2 seconds to reread the orders they set aside. Fries were cold and soggy at that point. I used to think Burger King fries were number one but not anymore thanks to this location. Never have I ever not finish my fries except for today.

Soda machines were also leaking everywhere when it was dispensing.

Also no seating was available so we had to eat it in our laps like chumps.

They also didn’t accept our coupon and didn’t have impossible whoppers available. Also didn’t have ketchup, napkins, or even ice.

Sandwiches themselves were decent though.

But after this experience I’ll try to avoid the King at all costs.

The employees were extremely rude. They refused to give our group of three more than 2 ketchup packets and told us to find more ourselves. When I informed them that the ketchup stand was empty, they simply said "too bad." Additionally, the fries were undercooked and unsalted. While I understand that they may not always be able to control the quality of the food, they can certainly control their level of rudeness.

Don’t eat here, hair on my burger and probably the toughest bun on my burger i’ve ever had to bite through. Actually disgusting.
