This store has very poor customer service!! I've never once been in this store without having to get an employees attention. The cashier sees you and turns her back like she doesn't see you. Employees are talking to each other and don't acknowledge you. I had three cashiers walk past me and not ask to take my order or if I needed anything. Stephanie, if that's her real name ( no name badge) on her uniform, is good for ignoring you. She wears glasses, always works at the front counter, so I know she can see. She'll look at you and walk away, even though she can see your lips moving and totally ignore you. Anthony (cashier) says it's a language barrier when I told him about her. Even if this is true, can't she call a co worker to take my order? She's spoken English to me before and understood me very well. It's a problem when Hispanic people get acknowledged but non-hispanics are ignored. I've noticed this on more than one occasion. All the employees are Hispanic but you're in the United States working (we speak English) and deserve the same respect that you cater to your race. Learn English and stop with the DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH or DON'T UNDERSTAND excuse. I ask for her name and Anthony can't give me her name. Why? If you have to withhold her name, it's obvious you're doing something wrong. He gets a manager (I know it's just another employee), she has no name name badge either. Both girls without name badges disappear to the back out of view. What kind of customer service is this? Anthony and his co worker are laughing in the corner. Hope you're laughing at this review.
Do they hire anyone other than Hispanics at this store? I do believe service would be much better if they did. Nothing against Hispanics, but if you're going to run a business, you need to be professional and have respect for all races of people. Here are a few tips... I made 2 orders true DoorDash the first one was incorrect DoorDash refunded me so I re ordered and they got it wrong again like what is it do you guys don’t read the orders properly on door dash you a bogo by 1 get one free on the chicken sandwich I order 2 and the only send me 2 sandwiches so know what I can’t call DoorDash and have them refund again this is not the first time you guys messed up my order. ATTENTION MANAGERS PLEASE SUPERVISE YOUR STAFF.
The restaurant was empty. Drive-thru had 3 cars. Employees inside having fun and laughing in Spanish (I understood what was being said). Gentleman who took our order inside took off his crown before helping us. The quality of the food is not the same. It has gone downhill. Cold and greasy.

The food is consistent because it’s fast food and it’s a part of a corporate chain…
Inside however feels like a European jail. 3 cameras in your face and locked restroom facilities.
Inside there’s hand sanitizer in place of soap in the restrooms.

I've been in lots of bad restaurants but this was a very bad experience employees don't welcome you was standing in front of the counter while employees talked about there issues it took almost 20 minutes for my food and the place was not even busy

The quality of food is "hit and miss;" the employees are miss. Terrible attitudes especially when you do not wait at their first window, so their DT times do not go up. How is that the customers issue?
