the place has done a complete 180 from its original staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Food service was delivered promptly and everything I ordered was hot and fresh. staff was kind hearted. the lobby was cleaned and the bathroom wasn't smelly like other restaurants I've been to. This is an exceptional upgrade from its original team.

How is one of your locations going to continue to sell the ciniminis without icing and when you go back they say of we ran out. Well tell me that before what are we suppose to eat these dry like a popeye's biscuit?
We came through the drive thru at 8pm. Every single one of the guys at both windows were welcoming and went above and beyond to deliver great customer service. I hope they can see this review because they deserve the recognition. I avoided this location for years after the last visit went so bad. I’ll be back now though!

I placed a mobile order and got there a minute earlier than the order was supposed to be ready. waited at the restaurant for 40 minutes and they still didn't have my order ready which consisted of four Whopper juniors. there are about eight other people waiting probably just as long as I was and several walk-ins that wanted to place an order that left. the staff could care less, had a bit of an attitude, clearly could not handle basic fast food chain orders, and when customers got upset they just threw up their hands. I've never seen workers move so slowly in my life absolutely horrible experience. not to mention the fact that outside is a construction mess. I have no idea who manages this location but they need to fire those employees and get people that can actually work and stack their restaurant properly. I've ordered the same thing from other Burger Kings and my order was always ready on time and the food was hot I will never go to this location again and it's shameful how much business they lost because of their employees lack ab work ethic.
