One of my worst experiences ever at BK. Took 30 mins waiting for my food in the lobby alone with 5 other customers, while they just focused on the drive thru. Everyone food came out wrong alone with bad service. I ask for a refund and she gave me extra fries. Never Again Will I Ever.

I informed Management about water on the floor in front of the soda machine because I almost slipped. I’m a handicap person and use a walker leer. I was told that he would take of it and 20 minutes later nothing was done.

Horrible place. They have AI take your order at the drive through & it always gets the orders wrong. No one listens or greets you. There is a skeleton crew working which means you have to wait a long time to actually get an order after u are asked to park and wait in the parking lot. There is NO POINT TO THEIR DRIVE THRU. Will never come back.
