Waited 40 mins for a black bean burger and 45 for a single cheeseburger. One served with cool fries the other completely cold. Regular burger was okay a little burnt. Black bean burger one of the worst veggie burgers I've had at a mid range burger place. Very disappointing. No apology for the slow service. Several tables of people arrived after us and got served well before.Vegetarian options: One option and it wasn't great.

Ordered food when they were closed. Called for a refund, was told it was in the works. Never got it. I’ll take this down and eventually try the place when they do refund my small amount. Unfortunately for now it’s gonna have to be a 1 star.

Loved this place until I ordered wings and they for no reason at all, decide not to toss their wings. They give you so many sauces in cups, but can’t just toss them for you? Huge disappointment. I don’t want tenders I want WINGS!!!!

Absolutely phenomenal. I let the server know on game day I'm gluten free, and they were able to make my burger separate from others and provide me with a gluten free bun. I'm so thankful the workers here are so considerate and attentive and had a wonderful experience!

I came to Burger U for dinner with an old professor one evening, and it was right after Spring semester, so it was kind of a ghost town, so there was plenty of seating to choose from, and there were plenty of seat variety, too. Stools, normal chairs, outdoor seating. Anyone's seating preference would be satisfied here.I found a seat, waited, and when my prof showed up, we went up to the counter and ordered. I knew I should have ordered a Burger at Burger U, but the nice girl at the register and I had a conversation, and we ultimately decided that the best option for me that night would be the wings. They come in batches of 10. Sounded good to me.I get my wings half-and-half, five one flavor, five another flavor. Don't ask me what flavors I got, it was way too long ago. But I do remember the wings were very good! Crisp, moist inside, of a decent size. The only criticism I had for the wings was that neither flavor really hit me, because they were undersauced.I understand rising food costs, but wing sauce it not where to cut the budget.Regardless, the flavor was there, and I ate them all without complaints, so I'll take it and give this fun little place that I really enjoyed going to in school a five stars. I'll probably be back under the right situational circumstances.

Way too long a wait for food , almost 1 hour twice now , I can't wait one hour for a hamburger , I couldn't eat it because my lunch break was over by the time I received it.I would not recommend it if you plan on eating during your lunch break.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burger U for the first time and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we sat at the bar, where we were attended to by the wonderful Shawna, to the delectable chocolate chip cookies that Darren himself blessed us with after the meal, it was truly a remarkable visit. The service provided by Shawna was nothing short of perfect. With multiple television channels showing it made for a comfortable atmosphere everyone in our party enjoyed.
