I had one of the worst customer service experiences tonight with BurgerFi UCF. I’m currently sick and literally bed-ridden, so I ordered dinner for myself and my wife through the BurgerFi website — 2 cheeseburgers and 2 vanilla shakes. The total was $57 plus a 15% tip for delivery. Thirty minutes later the order arrives and my shakes are missing. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Alisa, who initially apologized and said she would issue a refund because the driver didn’t want to wait for the shakes. A few minutes later she calls me back saying I need to contact DoorDash — which makes zero sense because I ordered directly through BurgerFi’s website, not DoorDash. I still called DoorDash anyway, and they clearly told me they couldn’t refund me because the order wasn’t placed through their app and that the store should know that. When I called the store back, Alisa said she spoke to a “higher up” who refused to even talk to me and said the only solution was for me to come pick up the shakes myself — even though I paid for delivery and explained I’m sick and can’t leave my bed. Because of all the back and forth, my food went cold, I didn’t get what I paid for, and no one took responsibility. This is beyond frustrating — it’s unprofessional and unacceptable from a major restaurant chain. I will NEVER return to this location, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from BurgerFi UCF.

I have to say I was very disappointed. Arrived at 9:45p they close at 11pm. They told us that we can only eat take out. They were upset we ordered fries because they cleaned up, they were out of chicken nuggets, out of milk shake out of fountain drinks. The experience was very unwelcoming. Wouldn’t return

It’s sad to leave such a low review for a place I used to visit and order from whenever I craved a burger. This time, I was very disappointed with my order. The meat was tough and overcooked, making it hard to eat, and the French fries tasted like they had been cooked the day before. I mentioned the fries to them, but instead of replacing them, they mixed the same ones with a few fresh fries on top. The new ones were burnt and had no flavor. Overall, the quality of the burgers has unfortunately changed. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I ordered onion rings to go and was extremely disappointed once i got home. The bag was dripping with oil and when i opened it the onion rings were just sitting in it. Seems like they took them out the fryer and straight from the basket into the box with all the oil with it. They were so soggy because of that and falling apart. Completely inedible unless you just wanna eat the onion. Please train your cooks to care because i know its easy to just get it done fast but people pay for this and burger fi is NOT cheap!

The store was super clean and organized when I went in , and I came in to redeem one of my Birthday awards . Alyssa was super nice , and she talked to me and wish me a happy birthday . She also made my milkshake super pretty ! Shes a good worker and the world could use more kind people like her !

Burger was expensive and super salty. Fries were overcooked in old oil. Don't recommend eating here. Go a couple of doors down to Bar Luis. Cheaper, fresher good tasting food
