What in the world. After how I was ignored for more than five minutes with no one else at the counter I just walked out. It’ll be my last time here. How this place continues to remain in front of ucf is anyone’s guess. There’s plenty of other similar spots. .

Why is lettuce wrap $2? Why is it called green style? Why does EVERY other burger place substitute your bun for free?
Should I just order the burger regular and throw the buns in the trash?

I don’t know what happened over the summer, but when i came back everything was different (in a bad way). The fries are not fully cooked whenever I go. Sure, that’s happened before, but this time it’s incredibly noticeable. On top of that, the chicken tenders went from being the sole reason that I came, to the reason that I refuse to go back. I have told many of my friends and family about this drop in quality, and most of them refuse to go back. Whatever BurgerFi changed, they need to change it back before they lose more customers than they already have.

(Ordered the Yes! Burger) I'm upset because I was hungry (and still) and couldn’t even finish half of my burger. The meat was flavorless and undercooked — it was way too pink for a ground beef patty, so it basically tasted like “no salt and not enough cooking.” I didn’t even know it was possible for cheddar cheese to have no flavor at all.
The onions were supposed to be caramelized, but instead they were undercooked and tasteless, which is surprising for a vegetable that normally has such a strong flavor. And don’t get me started on the gluten-free bun — it completely fell apart into pieces.
In the end, the only thing I could actually taste in the little bit I ate was mustard (which I added myself just to have some flavor).
To make things worse, the fries also lacked salt. And as a side note, parmesan doesn’t really stick to fries… so that addition felt pretty pointless.

This is the second time I’ve been to a Burger Fi and it’ll be the last. The first time it was at the Oviedo location and the burger was alright. A little over seasoned but it was fine. Sadly, the UCF question put what tasted like a half cup of salt into the beef patty. I took two bites and simply couldn’t finish it. The fries were soggy and it just was a bad experience overall. I’ll be surprised if this location doesn’t close down like the Oviedo location.

Food is pretty good, I actually recommend the tenders over the burgers they are so fresh you can tell the difference between other places. Burgers are still good but over priced in my opinion compared to some other places especially nearby. Fries are expensive but they give a good portion size, I’d say the regular size is enough for two people. UCF student discount helps a lot. Good food, a bit over priced, therefore I stand by the three star rating. 4 stars for food + 2 for price equals to 3 in my opinion.

They have made a mistake with my order and when I asked for a refund they said we can refund u the bill but not the tip which is $5.19 Plus it stinks inside and very rude employees and manager

Loving the new menu! The Chicken Sliders are delicious. You can taste the freshness and how they were prepared right at the time of order. Loving the innovation! Next time I’m trying the SWAG burger!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from here and it was killer good! We ordered the chicken burritos (BOGO-uber). I’m not a burrito fan. It seems like they are always stuffed with filler to the point you can’t find the meat but these are so good I could order them twice a week. It was a big serving (I ate 1/2) and was full of well seasoned chicken. It’s really something that all the filling that should be hot were and the fresh veggies like chopped tomatoes and others were crispy and fresh! I’m hooked! (It helped that Uber wasn’t making 2 other stops miles away on the way to deliver our order)

What in the wide world of no seasoning at all did I just eat? Burger was juicy and all but…. No flavor! Fries were ok but again no salt or anything. Onion rings are a joke might as well bite into a warm onion. Not what I was expecting at all. 100% do not recommend
