Completely unhappy with the fact that they’ve gone to this humanless kiosk system where you can’t talk to a person about what you want. you have to plunder through stupid menus and then they tell you stuff is out when it doesn’t show out on their kiosk. At the prices they charge this will be the last time I come back to

Decent flavor on the burgers... the standard Burger Fi burger is our favorite. The CEO.. just not enough filling.. barely taste them. Looks just like two patties and bread. Fries are great. Definitely good flavor. And plentiful with a large order. Could serve almost there people. Shakes are great... nice and thick. Good flavor.
We went here to have lunch (about 45 mins after they opened) . We were excited about and had really high expectations. We went in and ordered out food. I ordered the ultimate bacon cheese burger, fries and 3 chicken strips with honey mustard and a drink. My wife ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. Total was almost $50 which we thought was pricey compared to similar burger joints. We were given our receipt and drink cups. I went to get ketchup from the ketchup dispenser and realized that both containers were completely empty. I signal the cashier and they grabbed the container and told me that they’re going to fill it. Several minutes past and I wanted to get the condiments prepared before my food came out. I had to remind the cashier that there was no ketchup, and she mentioned that they were working on it. I’m not sure why to catchup dispensers were empty being that they had just opened up. It seems to me that that would’ve been one of the first things they checked in the morning. As I was waiting for the ketchup and my food to come out, I wanted to get mellow yellow out of the soda machine went to go fill my cup up, and the liquid came out completely clear with no flavor. This meant that they didn’t check the soda machines either when they opened in the morning. I had to switch my soda flavor. After several minutes, I finally got ketchup and then walked back over to my table where my wife was in realize that they brought out half the food. They brought out the chicken tenders in both orders of fries with no honey mustard. I’m not sure why they thought that we wanted to eat fries or have them sit and get cold until our burgers came out. I ate my chicken tenders first and then after about 10 minutes the burgers finally came out Now the fries were room temperature. I asked the cashier when I ordered my food if the burgers were well done and she assured me that all burgers come well done. Welp, got my burger, and it was medium well still had pink In the inside. Burger had no seasoning and meat was not of any quality. I thought to myself $50 for two burgers, two orders of fries, two drinks and three chicken strips. We should be getting better service. We usually go to Culvers and they never disappoint. But we decided to give burger a try this week. We realized that the same amount of food that we ordered a BurgerFi if we ordered it at Culver’s, it would only came up to $23. We won’t be eating at BurgerFi ever again.

First time ordering from this on Narcoosee. It took 15 minutes to get two hamburgers and one order of onion rings. Onion rings were soggy and undercooked and the hamburgers were pink and cold in the middle. Ended up throwing all of it out. And, they ask for a tip???
